My parents bought their first holiday cottage back in 1964. (Wow! - We have been established for just over 50 years now!) They decided that as they loved the area so much, that they wanted to be able to share the beauty and charm of Polperro and Looe with others too. I took the cottages over from my parents 12 years ago when they retired, and continue to pride myself on offering dependable - Quality, comfortable, clean accommodation. We are annually inspected and approved by QIT (Quality in Cornwall) Your guarantee of a great place to stay!

This beautifully sunny sea side holiday home is spacious and perfectly located for your holiday in Looe. With wonderful sea views and just a couple minutes walk from the beach - You can watch the sun rise in front of the cottage, across Looe Bay from the private balcony. It's also ideally situated for exploring the rest of Cornwall, and south Devon. (With Eden, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Plymouth National Marine Aquarium and lots of National Trust properties all within a 30 - 40 minute car ride away) With FREE Wi-Fi and onsite private parking for your car, everything in the resort is just a short stroll from Shellseekers. Shops, Inns, Cafes, Restaurants and Tea Rooms - there's just so much choice - You won't know where to start! The beach, colourful harbour and entrance to the coastal paths are just a few minutes walk from these super apartments too, and with boat trips leaving the harbour reguarly you'll love everything that Polperro has to offer. Free Wi-Fi, night storage heating throughout, and onsite private parking are all included in the rental amount - And to comply with our Green Acorn Sustainability Award, electricity is supplied by a £1 coin meter. (Set at a lower rate than we pay) Guests would need to bring a small quantity of £1 coins with them. (Approximately £8.00 per week in a larger house, with more guests)

We are more than happy to recommend this property. Everything was clean and smartly decorated. Everything worked and Victoria is always available should you have any issues. The location was perfect for us being so near to a dog friendly beach which was also close enough to launch the Kayak from and just a few minutes walk in to dog friendly Looe!

Seascape is a very spacious well equipped cottage with plenty of storage space
We had a great holiday the cottage was clean and very comfortable on arrival there was a welcoming vase of flowers in the hall
We had a couple of minor problems which were dealt with quickly

Lovely as Ever
Another return visit. This property suits us so well for so many reasons. Location is spot on, directly onto the dog friendly beach and access to the coastal path that we enjoy each visit. Short walk down the hill to the closest shops and pub before going over to East Looe for the majority of the amenities. I have made good use of the Leisure facilities at the Hannafore Point Hotel yet again which is two minutes away, and of course Raffles Bar which is entirely dog friendly, always a bonus.
Clean on arrival and ready to be taken over.
The garden has been having a tidy which will improve things in the future.
The only concern this year is the building work next door, adjoining property, which can't be helped, you can't stop progress.
We will return

Great views from this spacious house
We had a lovely time in Looe staying in this very spacious house. It is in a wonderful location as we love Hannafore & has fantastic views especially from the master bedroom. The house is a bit dated both in its decor & in its facilities but comfortable enough. The main things I would suggest need sorting are the showers. Upstairs the shower is fed by the water heater & I think the thermostat is not working as you can either have a boiling hot or very tepid shower depending on how long you switch the water on for. Downstairs is an electric one which produces only a tepid shower at best and I think either it or the toilet has a leak as the floor remained damp throughout our stay despite efforts to mop up & dry out. The heating is also a bit hit & miss as it is electric & some of the very old heaters take a long time to warm up. We had no issue having enough pound coins to feed the electricity meter (the amusement arcades have change machines) but found this again rather dated - electricity is usually included nowadays in house rentals. Beds were very comfortable as were the sofas and the house is well equipped with everything you might need. The garden is very pretty with spring flowers and has fabulous views but needs a bit of TLC as there are thorns need clearing & bits of broken plastic & other debris lying about on the paths so we didn’t let our dog out there. All in all we enjoyed staying at this house and were very pleased it accepts pets as so many don’t. Would recommend for a family with a dog.

We are currently having the garden re-vamped, now that the dry weather has finally arrived.
You'll be pleased to hear that most of the bushes and shrubs have been dug out over the last 3 days - and that new turf is on order, to extend the grassed lawn area, down towards the kitchen.
Thank you for mentioning about a potential leak in the downstairs WC - I will get our plumber to take a look at it - As no-one has mentioned a problem until your comment.
I will also type up some clear instructions on how to work and regulate the shower temperatures. As when our electrician checked them in January, he found them fine - I will ask him to help me word clear instructions for use - to help future guests.
We are having central heating installed at the end of the season, when we close Sea Scape for re-painting etc.
But the current night storage heating is included in the rental amount.
We look forward to having it installed this winter at the cottage.

Booking Notes: Bookings are made with a third deposit, the remainder being due one month prior to arrival. We accept debit card, sterling cheques and bank transfers free of charge - and payment by credit card with a 2% handling fee. Changeover Day: Saturday (Unless changed to accommodate a short break etc) Notes on prices: Please e-mail through for short break prices, as we are more than happy to offer 3 or 4 night breaks out of the main holiday season.
