Maida Vale Westminster Central London Stylish 2 Bedroom Apartment
About Jenny Green
Hi We bought our apartment in 1990 and still love the place as much now as we did then. We both work in the creative industries and the property reflects this! It's a character property with gorgeous original features. We feel it's our sanctuary in the heart of the greatest city in the world.
Jenny Green purchased this Apartment in 1990
Why Jenny Green chose City of Westminster
Original features, high ceilings, wood floors, secure and lots of light . The painter Edward Adrizzone owned the house and used our flat as his studio in the 1950's. We have a blue plaque to commemorate him.

Great close-in spot to visit London
This is a wonderful apartment in a quiet residential neighborhood about 4 miles from downtown London which is easily accessible by the Tube. It was a great base for us from which to explore the British capital.
Our host Jenny and her daughter Poppy met us on arrival and gave us the full run-down on things. They even had welcome gifts for us - a tin of British shortbread biscuits, a bottle of champagne, and some other goodies in the fridge.
The apartment is in a Victorian house and occupies one of the three floors. The bedrooms were quiet and the bathroom worked perfectly (which was not always the case in some of the other places we stayed in later in this trip to England).
It did have a small washing machine but no drier. There was a laundromat right next door, however, which took care of things.
All told, a great place, a great close-in spot to explore London. The surrounding neighborhood is also well worth exploring - close to the historic Beatles zebra crossing at Abbey Road, close to the Little Venice area of London. And also quite close by Tube to all the historic sights of downtown London.
We highly recommend this fine location to anyone visiting London.
Perfect London flat
Warmly greeted by Jenny upon our arrival. The flat is much larger than it appears in the photo: perfect for a family of four. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home.
Close to the Underground station and bus stops (there's one right on the corner). Short walk to shopping (bakery, grocery stores, dining (local pubs, canal side restaurants) and green spaces. A wonderful stay in a beautifully decorated space.
It was our pleasure hosting Bernard and family. Happy to have back at any time, they were easy to communicate with and left our place in immaculate condition. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
