Our villa is an old farmhouse completely restored while the dependence is an old sheepfold, also completely renovated.

The village stands on a hill at the foot of Mount Petrarvella (641 m asl) in the Roman Val di Chiana, located between the valley of Lake Trasimeno and the valley of the Nestòre river.
Panicale is part of the circuit of the most beautiful villages in Italy and has been awarded the orange flag by the Italian Touring Club. The town is famous for its historical monuments, first of all the church of San Sebastiano, inside which you can admire the Martyrdom of San Sebastiano by Pietro Vannucci, called the Perugino.

We are in fact producers of wine and oil and we love the culinary traditions of our region. We organize special events such as evenings with a professional baker and with baking bread and pizza in the old wood oven adjacent to the villa.
