What makes this House unique
Private river access allows you to fish, soak your feet after a long hike or just relax by the famous Yellowstone River. The Park Boundary is at the end of the street and we often get four legged visitors in our neighborhood. The renovation was completed in May 2016. We have taken great care in redesigning this home to make it comfortable and unique and we hope our Guests love it!

We loved our stay, it was perfect!
Back again after a year away and delighted to find The Waterhouse was just as well kept as it was last year. Patrick and Sarah are congenial hosts and, since they live next door, were there to answer any questions and supply extra dishwashing detergent when we ran low.
Already reserved for September, we plan to return every time Yellowstone is our destination.
Winter in Gardiner
We had a fantastic time visiting Yellowstone during the winter. Our stay in Gardiner was great!! The views from the house were absolutely amazing - we could watch the Elk and deer grazing at all times of the day and even had a couple of eagles fly over the river. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Patrick and his family were very nice and he actually met us when we arrived at the property to personally show us in and around the house.
Thank you for staying with us.

Beautiful condo in a spectacular location!
Patrik was very helpful from check in to restaurant recommendations. The home is beautifully furnished and about two minutes from the Yellowstone park entrance. We will definitely be back!
This was hands down one of my favorite weekend getaways. The views were unbelievable and really added to our trip. We got to enjoy our coffee each morning and see bald eagles, elk swimming across the river, and even some big horn sheep. The home was super clean and modern. The renter was very welcoming and even gave us a tour when we arrived! I am definitely going to have to go back in the summer!
Gardiner, MT is the original and only year round entrance to Yellowstone National Park. If you have seen pictures of The Roosevelt Arch then you have see our town.
