About this property

Two minutes from Yellowstone Park Gate. 30ft. deck w/BBQ overlooking the river.

Enjoy unobstructed views from the 30ft deck of this newly remodeled vacation home. Located less than 2 minutes from Yellowstone's North Entrance and within walking distance of restaurants, shopping, the grocery store and post office.
This home comes fully furnished. There are 2 Bedrooms, one with 2 full size beds and one with a king size bed. Each room has a luggage rack and a closet. There is a queen size sleeper sofa and full size sleeper couch in the Living Room. The bathroom has a double vanity and a walk in 8ft shower with a Rainshower Head and wand and all linens are provided. The kitchen has a 3 stools at the counter bar, microwave, mixing bowls, coffee maker (coffee included), toaster, knife block, crock pot, pots, pans, wine key and eating/cooking utensils with a view of Yellowstone. The deck overlooks the river below, our bridge and town to your left, the Absaroka Beartooth Mountains as far you can see and Yellowstone Park on your right. In the Summer and Fall, there is an outdoor couch and coffee table on the deck to enjoy a morning coffee, evening cocktail or Family BBQ.
Your Hosts own Yellowstone Raft Company and Paradise Adventure Company. Yellowstone Hot Springs 15 minutes away. The park entrance is 2 minutes away.
Amenities include a gas see-through fireplace, 55" Smart TV, BBQ, WiFi, private parking, private access to the river, private deck with outdoor furniture (Summer), washer and dryer and a hair dryer.
Owners are located on property.
*** PLEASE NOTE CHILDREN MUST BE 5 YEARS OLD AND UP TO STAY IN THIS HOME. THERE IS A DOWNSTAIRS TENANT (UPSTAIRS AND DOWNSTAIRS ARE SEPARATE UNITS) AND THE COURTYARD IS SHARED WITH THE OWNERS AND TENANT.

We are return visitors, this is a wonderful house and we enjoyed our second stay as much as the first. We spent Thanksgiving weekend here and had everything we needed to cook a full meal. The location is so close to Yellowstone, we easily got into the park early to hike and animal watch. It is common to see elk and deer from the house too, really beautiful. Great hosts and property! We are already missing the incredible view.

Spacious modern home just outside north entrance of Yellowstone. Perfectly located in small town of Gardiner, walking to everything. The view from the patio and dining room window is just incredible over the river where we saw elk, deer, bald eagle, fishing hawk, etc. Warm comfortable base after exploring the park in October which already feels like winter. Very clean, high end furnishings, comfortable beds.

This was a beautiful home overlooking the river. There were about 10-12 elk across the river the entire evening we were there. What a beautiful way to start our trip to Yellowstone. The home was immaculate and perfect for our trip. I would highly recommend it.

This is an AMAZING location! Million Dollar views. If you're like my wife and I, you won't want to do anything other than sit on the deck and take it all in. We grilled dinner, had drinks and woke up early the next morning to watch the sun rise. GREAT Hosts as well. Thank you for such an incredible stay. We will be back!!!!

Patrik was born in the Czech Republic and grew up in Bavaria, Germany. Sarah is originally from Western Oregon and came to Yellowstone to be a Guide. They met on the river and have made their home here at Yellowstone. Together they own Paradise Adventure Company and enjoy helping make people's vacation the best they can be.
Patrik and Sarah love to travel, spend time with their Jack Russell Bentley, Family and Friends.

What makes this property unique

Private river access allows you to fish, soak your feet after a long hike or just relax by the famous Yellowstone River.
The Park Boundary is at the end of the street and we often get four legged visitors in our neighborhood.
The renovation was completed in May 2016. We have taken great care in redesigning this home to make it comfortable and unique and we hope our Guests love it!
