In Florence, sunny and beautiful two-story flat, well connected to the center

In the Florentine district of Rifredi, on the fourth and fifth floors of a new building with lift, comfortable bright and spacious apartment, well furnished and fully equipped.
Downstairs there is a large living room with a non-panoramic balcony with table and chairs, a complete kitchenette, dining area and a sofa and an armchair (which also become a comfortable double bed and another single bed).
There is also a work area with a desk and PC workstation
Still on the fourth floor is the full bathroom with shower.
An internal staircase leads to the sleeping area which occupies the entire upper floor, with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and one or two other single beds.
Up to seven people can therefore sleep in the apartment.
We can also provide a baby bed and a highchair.
Our guests will be able to use the entire apartment and its extensive equipment.
Among others: unlimited FTTH wifi connection, smart TV with satellite antenna, telephone.
The washing machine is available for stays starting from three days.
There are also an iron and ironing board, a hairdryer.
In the kitchen, utensils and crockery for cooking and eating meals as well as a kettle, toaster, electric and microwave oven, American coffee machine.
There are wardrobes available to guests both downstairs and upstairs.
The Rifredi district is equipped with services, supermarkets and shops of all kinds.
The apartments are located just a few minutes from the Careggi university and hospital and Meyer.
The area is very well connected to the historic center by public transport.
At 100 meters from the house, the bus stop 20 which leads to the central Piazza San Marco in about twenty minutes.
At about 800 meters, or at a bus stop, is the terminus of the tram that goes from Careggi to the central station and arrives at the Villa Costanza bus station.
About 900 meters away, along the bus line 20, is the Firenze Rifredi station, from which very frequent trains leave, which in just five minutes take you to Santa Maria Novella station These trains work like a surface underground and are the faster and more comfortable means to reach the center of Florence or many locations in Tuscany, from Pisa, Lucca, etc.

We also will be glad to meet our guests upon their arrival to give them the keys, show them the apartment and orient them in the neighborhood, providing them with the necessary information for mobility and the services available.
