This apartment is a gem. Well suited for a couple. Clean and well maintained and conveniently located to all the sites. A food store is right dow the street. Emmanuelle is a great host. Explained everything. Made great recommendations for dining places. He even came and rescued us when we accidentally locked ourselves out on the balcony!In summary we highly recommend this apartment.

This was a great apartment located close to all the major atttractions. It was a bonus having the balcony to sit out and enjoy an appetitivo.Emanuel was very helpful and gave us lots of information.

Apartment was in a great location - walkable to everything.It was clean and very nicely decorated. The terrace was a nice added feature to sit and drink wine.If you need to get a taxi - it does not pick up at this location.Walk to the taxi stand about .6 mile. No issue for us when leaving for the airport with luggage.I would recommend this apartment.

Awesome stay in Florence!! Emanuelle was an excellent host and very nice & welcoming giving us a tour and a map of the city and its most important sites and restaurants. Location was perfect to get to and from places. We loved the air conditioning to cool us off after a long hot day touring around.We will certainly be back and rent there again.

We were impressed where the Property was situated. It was not clean,and there were,no products to do so( paper towel , cleaning product) and we had to buy toilet paper ,there was none .available..walls definitely need paint. Doors and cupboards neededa good clean up,. I will. Not use this spot again.

Well appointed , clean with a very responsive host . An elevator is a blessing and bed comfy Did have an easy washing machine but we didn’t need at the time The icing was the rooftop terrace which afforded the best view in Siena no kidding . If that wasn’t enough there was also an indoor terrace where we enjoyed our breakfast , wonderful view with sliding windows to let the fresh air in and auto sun screen . Location location location

Great location. Excellent host (Emanuelle). Nice apartment. Comfortable bed. Only complaint was that cleaning, electricity and municipal tax charges were added by message after the apartment was booked at the advertised rate with a 20% discount for early (2 months) booking. The extra charges totaled 94 Euros which was just shy of the 20% discount. Nevertheless, I would have no hesitation in recommending this apartment for its location and quality.
