A direct exit leads to the garden, while another exit opens onto the terrace and the swimming pool. 2 shower rooms with WC complete the bathroom facilities on this level.

The upper floor, accessible via an exterior staircase, features its own independent living and dining area, also furnished in a comfortable and inviting style. todo casi perfecto; tres días de viento insoportables, aunque Vs. no tengan culpa por ello. La casa muy buena, sólo el jardín lo hemos encontrado bastante descuidado a pesar de tener riego por goteo. Es una pena que los árboles de las medianerías oculten el panorama.
