Large, open, living area downstairs features 10 foot ceilings, breakfast bar with 5 stools, dining table area, two comfortable sofas & several chairs for relaxing. Kitchen is generously furnished with all amenities. Spacious wraparound front porch with Adirondack chairs and swing. 2nd floor has a balcony porch with couches and bistro table. Stereo provides outside surround sound. There's an outdoor shower located off the side porch stairs to clean off and cool off!

The house is 2500 sq ft with 4 bedrooms & 4 1/2 bathrooms. The house will sleep 11 in traditional beds. Floors are hardwood throughout with area rugs, tiled bath rooms. Laundry room is located on the 1st floor.

'Bonita Baby' is a family friendly beach home for all ages. Equipped for infants & toddlers the home has a crib & Pack'n Play with linens, high chair, strollers, and baby monitor, the stairs are gated at top & bottom. You do not have to pack the whole house to come to the beach! Or, if your children are older everything for kids is concealed in one closet.

Downstairs beach closet and outdoor storage has it all: Beach towels, beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, floats, & boogie boards. Just bring your suits & head to the beach on our complimentary beach tram, take the very short walk to the pool (5 houses away) walk to local shops, restaurants & The Villages at Seacrest - selective Dining.

The gas grill is out back porch in the pine-straw area.

A $500 damage deposit is billed and refunded via VRBO.

A resort fee of $175 for the week issued by HOA and billed via VRBO

We celebrated our granddaughter’s high school graduation with her three best friends. We loved the neighborhood and the house! It was very well stocked with most anything you would need for the beach (towels, chairs , etc) and cooking meals at home. The condiments in the fridge came in handy as well as spices and other basics on hand. Also, it’s especially nice that every bedroom has it’s own bath!

Summer family beach vacay

We had a wonderful time, again, at Bonita Baby! Close to the pool and a short walk to the beach. This house has a large den and kitchen for family time and enough bedrooms for all our kids and their families. The restaurants in Rosemary are a short walk away and absolutely top notch. The outdoor area at Seacrest has nightly music and you can get food and drink while enjoying the outdoor area while the kids run around.

Great house and location!

The house is exactly as pictured. The location to downtown Rosemary is perfect! The house is beautiful and has so much space and so many additions (esp for kids) if you're traveling a far distance. The neighborhood is wonderful and the pool and grounds are outstanding. The only reason I gave this a 4 and might consider a different location next time is the beach access. The tram process was great, however, the amount of space the entire neighborhood is allotted is pretty small during busy weeks where it leaves not much space for everyone and very few were able to get 'front beach' access vs setting up behind other folks unless they brought their stuff over very very early.

Wonderful experience

Bonita Baby is exactly as described in the listing. Accommodations were perfect for our family with 4 small children. Bicycles were a bonus. I was the only one who drove a car all week - to the grocery store of course. Everyone else biked or took the beach cart service or walked. Great restaurants close by. The Donut Truck at Alys Beach was a huge hit with our 4 and 6 year old grandsons to ride to on bicycles a few mornings. Kitchen was well equipped. And, outdoor grill was a nice addition. A lot of activities at Rosemary Beach within walking distance. Owner was great to communicate with. We will definitely do this again, once I recover from babysitting 4 boys ages 6 and under. Baby crib, high chair, and pack and play were wonderful additions also. However, baby supplies are tucked away in a closet if you don't need them.

Great house, great location, friendly owner

This house had everything we needed for our infants and toddlers, it was great to be able to pack less! The rooms are bright so that was a bit tough for the kiddos to sleep but other than that the house was fantastic and spacious. We spent a lot of time on the lovely porch swing! The house is located a quick, short walk to the pool - very convenient and huge. It doesn’t open until 9, but it was really nice. You can also walk to plenty of shops, restaurants, and hear live music nightly which was really fun. You’re also not far from Rosemary and Alys - more shops and dining! Overall great house in a great location and Carol was super helpful and responsive. The beach was difficult to access so we only went once and decided to stick to the pool mainly. The tram doesn’t begin until 9/doesn’t run regularly, the walk with all your beach stuff can be a lot, and there is not a ramp (only stairs down to the beach) so it was too much with our little kiddos. People also camp out their chairs so you need to be there by 7 to get a spot. We ended up driving to a nearby public beach - no one around and easier to access.

Beach VaCa

The house was just as described. We had some issues with the AC that was out of the owners hands. The beach area is limited to one half chairs to purchase and one half for personal beach chairs. There were private beaches on both sides🤨 so very crowded this time of year. Lovely restaurants and shops close by. Walking distance to Rosemary beach area and visited a nice Farmers Market there.

BEST LOCATION IMAGINABLE

Best possible location for Seacrest Beach. You never even have to leave the community grounds. Walking distance to Starbucks, several restaurants, and the general store for random supplies. 5 out of 5 stars. We will be back!

Great family getaway

This home is ideal for a large family. We brought our adult children (3), new grand baby and my mom. My sister and her husband stopped in midweek and we had plenty of sleeping space and room. There are so many places to get some peace and quiet- a few of us had to work and found lots of little areas to set up. Two big porches provided plenty of outdoor space as well. No need to pack anything extra, just your clothes and swimwear. They provide everything one needs for beach and pool time. The kitchen had everything we needed to stay in and cook one night. Coffee shops, a variety of restaurants and shops are a short walk down the street in Seacrest. Rosemary Beach shops are a quick 10-15 minute walk as well. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay!

Wonderful home and host!

The home is beautiful. It is in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, arranged exactly as described and perfect for a relaxing beach/pool vacation. It has the largest wrap around porch of any we saw in the area, which made it wonderful for rain showers and relaxing. It is a very short walk to the lagoon pool, but the tram, bikes or car drop off is necessary to get to the beach. Carol is a terrific communicator, and everything was organized perfectly for our stay. with all the beach towels, pool and beach supplies we ever could have needed. All the accommodations and supplies for young children were a wonderful benefit. The King beds in both masters are wonderfully comfortable. Note: the 2nd floor master bed mattress is very high off the ground. Also of note, there is a door that leads to the 2nd floor balcony in the bunk room. Seacrest Beach is very crowded, yet others vacationing, also trying to find small spots to set up were wonderful and friendly. It is the rental company and its chairs, many of them empty, that dominates the beach, leaving only a small area for home/condo renters. We suggest trying Inlet Beach, which is much less crowded, with fewer steps down to the beach. There is car parking, but fewer than 200 spots, so going early am or in the evening works better. We also loved Camp Helen State Park, where there is a gorgeous pristine beach (long walk to it) and beautiful hiking paths/views for those wanting to get away from crowds for a day. Eden House State Park is gorgeous for those who want to hike, see oaks with hanging Spanish moss or picnic in the shade.

We truly enjoyed this house! The listing is 100% accurate!

This is the second time we have stayed in this neighborhood and we love the location! This house was extremely convenient to the pool, the beach tram and the shops. The beach was extremely crowded but we drove down the road a little and enjoyed a public beach. The house has plenty of extra supplies for little ones although we didn’t have any with us, and the kitchen was very well stocked! Carol was extremely easy to work with!! Overall, it was a fabulous week!

Clean, roomy, and great location

We very much enjoyed our stay. The property was clean, roomy, and very close to the pool. We liked walking to the shops and restaurants in Seacrest and Rosemary. The property had just about everything you need! A tip for anyone visiting Seacrest Beach in general...it gets pretty crowded. We opted to hop in the car for a short drive towards Inlet Beach where there was plenty of beach and way less people :)

Family fun

Great home that has all one needs to have a great vacation. If traveling with small children and babies all the necessary equipment is there. The owner was attentive and helpful with any questions. We would definitely stay in this home again!

Great family beach house!

We loved having our 2 married children/spouses and 3 sons for a week under one beautiful roof! Kitchen fully stocked as well as beach and pool necessities. Plenty of gathering space as well as privacy. Good choice!

Location Great for 6-7 adults

Rental Communication with Carol easy & she will kindly answer any questions. She is the reason we chose Bonita Bay as she took the time to tell us about the ins & outs. The house was clean, bathrooms as stated, gorgeous art work & lots of nick knacks on tables/dressers. The bedrooms good size. Beds Queen & king soft, you sinking down a bit. The two double bedroom mattresses (in bedroom with baby crib) desperately need replacing. This would be the only downside to the rental that would prevent me from renting again. Lots of big bathrooms with plenty of counter space. Living, dining & kitchen rooms are wonderful with lots of comfortable seating. Lots of room & extremely well stocked kitchen. All in good order. We took tram to beach, due to carrying umbrella, chairs etc. very convenient as tram stop out the front door. The house has lots of beach chairs & 2 umbrellas in good condition. The pool is awesome and only a block or so away. Restaurants we loved - Cuvée 30A, expensive but best food & service! Beach & Brew on 30 A, interesting place, owners engaged, went for drinks several nights. They allowed us to bring in a pizza one night. Cowgirl Kitchen, lunch at The Fish place - a must, Pescada, La Crema - good view, friendly service & food. Edwards for dessert- key lime pie delicious & Lola’s is fantastic. Most places first come, first serve; go about 5pm you’ll have little to no wait; go after 6 expect an hour or longer wait; just grab a drink & walk down to the beach to wait. …Able to get reservations for Cuvée & Pescada. Our experience at The Pearl / Havana restaurant was not up to standard - after 40 minutes of giving our drink order, no drinks until my son went to the bar to bring to our table. Food 1 1/2 hours & food missing, other patrons who came in much later than us were served both drinks & food. Our server plainly forgot about us. An apology from the server would have gone a long way. His only statement “craft cocktails take a long time”. We went to the rooftop for after dinner drinks only to be served out of dirty glasses. The piano player was awesome & he received a big gratuity! Bring your own bikes or rent some. Rental place just a few blocks from house. Inlet, Rosemary, Seacrest & Alys areas are great for bike riding or walking. This rental home is in a perfect area, quiet but convenient. Folks we met were friendly. Great place, you will enjoy! One of the best places I’ve stayed in!

This property was perfect and one of the best rentals I’ve stayed in! The location is perfect, walking distance to the pool and a short shuttle ride or 10 min walk to the beach. The house is spacious and well designed. It has all the amenities you need. The beds are comfortable and they provide extra pillows and blankets. The property was clean and comfortable to stay in. It’s like a home away from home! I will definitely be back.

AMAZING!

We loved this property! It is exactly as pictured, the owner was wonderful to communicate with and it was in a great area. The house comes with everything you will need for your stay, except bikes and those are easy to rent with a short walk. It had chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards and even a float. We hope to be back soon!

Great time at Bonita Baby

The property was beautiful and well maintained, conveniently located to the pool and beach tram, and close to retail. The layout of the house was perfect and made for easy living on vacation. SeaCrest Beach is a lovely community.

Lovely home Great location

Very nice property with plenty of space for family and friends. Close to the pool and right at a tram stop for the beach which is also only a short walk away. Owner is very friendly and responsive.
