Bellísima villa con piscina/2 hab, jardines privados con vistas espectaculares

Maravillosa villa con 2 habitaciones, recientemente construida con el estilo tradicional mallorquino. Piscina nueva de 8x4 metros. Recluida y espaciosa que da al sur hacia los jardines con vistas fabulosas sobre Sóller y las montañas de Tramantana. Amueblado con buen gusto y los más altos estándares. A 10 minutos a pie de Town Square y a un paseo pequeño por tranvía hacia la playas.

Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con aire acondicionado, calefacción y hay una chimenea en el salón. La casa es adecuada tanto para familias como para grupo de amigos. El estacionamiento está a nivel del suelo al lado de la casa y con todas las puertas de fácil acceso, puertas dobles. Acceso a las terrazas y áreas para comidas al aire libre al lado de la casa, sin embargo las terrazas bajas pueden ser de difícil acceso en silla de ruedas.

We had great stay and loved the place. There was a great restaurant within an easy walk, which was perfect given we had two you children with us. We had a hire car which made getting to the port/beach an easy 5 minute drive. If we didn’t go out in the evening we just fired up the bbq and watched the sun go down. Great views over Soller. Would happy stay there again in the future.

The villa is really beautiful; great views on the terrace over looking Soller, well laid out and tastefully furnished and also a great pool. Very responsive and helpful hosts.The driveway is steep and narrow and takes a bit of getting used to (walking and driving), but we managed fine with a 4 and 6 year old

Die Villa Casa Verde ist einfach unbeschreiblich schön! Sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet mit einem Mega schönen Pool und dazu dieser herrliche Ausblick. Das schönste Objekt in dem wir bisher auf Mallorca Urlaub gemacht haben.Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder!

Casa Verde - a lovely property

The property is quintessentially Mallorcan in its appearance and decor. It is spacious, private and extremely comfortable hidden away on the outskirts of Soller.The pool and patio area are lovely and real sun traps. The outside furniture is starting to shown signs of wear but is perfectly serviceable.A word of caution - the lane up to the property is VERY narrow and step. It certainly got the heart pumping when walking back but don't let it put you off - the property is lovely. The owners did tell us about the narrow lane and advised us to get a small hire car.

We had the most wonderful week staying at this villa. The property was immaculate and thoughtfully equipped with everything you could need for a truly comfortable stay.The location is exceptional—peaceful and quiet, with breathtaking views, yet just a 20-minute walk to the main square of Sóller, where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, and cafés.Yes, the road leading up to the villa is steep and quite narrow, but don't let that deter you. Whether walking or driving, I promise you do get used to it. We had a small SUV and by the third day, we were navigating it without holding our breath! The reward? A stunning pool and those unforgettable views that make it all completely worthwhile.We highly recommend this villa and would absolutely return.

Wunderbare Ferien-Villa!

Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Geschmackvolle Einrichtung und ein herrlicher Garten mit Pool und Stellplätze für Autos. Mit den Vermietern war der Kontakt sehr freundlich. Alles hat problemlos geklappt. Um das Haus zu erreichen sollte man einen kleinen Wagen wählen, denn die Straße ist nicht sehr breit. Dafür hat das Haus eine tolle Lage mit Blick auf Soller. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

absoluter Traum

Wir haben bereits sehr viele Fincas rund um Soller gemietet. Bei dieser Finca gab es rein gar nichts auszusetzen. Absoluter Traum, hier passt einfach alles.Die Auffahrt zur Fina ist eine große Herausforderung, daher sollte der Wagen so klein wie möglich sein. Dieses kleine Manko sollte man mit berücksichtigen.Wir kommen gerne wieder.Grüße vom Niederrhein Bernd und Ewald

A marvelous holiday to remember

We had a wonderful stay in this fantastic, perfectly equipped villa. Although we arrived in December in the cold, the villa was pleasantly warm when we arrived. We were greeted by the very friendly cleaning team. We immediately felt at home. The kitchen equipment is very good, we didn't miss anything. The beds are very comfortable, as is the cozy sofa, on which we could relax after the bike ride. But the best thing was the fantastic view of soller and the tramuntana mountains from the beautiful terrace, which we were able to use despite it being winter. The pool was very well maintained. There was absolutely nothing we missed. The location is perfect, you can walk to the center of Soller in a few minutes, which is very atmospheric, especially in the evenings. Sue and Neal are wonderful hosts. They were always helpful and even offered to drop off a car rail that we had left at the house at the car rental company for us. We would like to thank Sue and Neal very much and will definitely come back

Half term break in October

The property was in an amazing location tucked away with beautiful views of the Soller valley and the mountains. The driveway was slightly tight in the big Peugeot we rented - next time mental note to get a small car - regardless it was still fine! The location was a short walk from the local Spar and the town which had superb restaurants. It was the ideal base for exploring - tram to Port De Soller was an experience as was the train to Palma. The best thing about the place was the peacefulness with everything to hand with a well appointed kitchen and good WiFi. Overall it was a superb experience - thoroughly recommended!

Lovely retreat

The villa had a very comfortable and welcoming feel to it when we arrived. It was furnished to a good standard and had everything we needed. The views and outside space were excellent as was the pool. It was an easy walk, just 15mins to Soller centre and well situated for hiking trails. It had a very peaceful feel to it and we had a very relaxing stay. The access road is narrow and steep and at first sight presents as daunting, however it is managable in a small car-our rental was a Toyota Aygo. We would definately stay again. standard and had everything

Superb

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic villa. The villa is in a fantastic position overlooking Soller town, and the view is spectacular. We found the villa immaculately clean, and it had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The communication from the owners was spot on and they were very helpful. This is one of the nicest villas we have stayed in and I hope to return again in the future.
