The Space:
Situated just 1 minute from beaches in a beautiful tropical garden these 2 available studios will guarantee a relaxed vacation. Kitchenette, pillow top bed and modern bathroom, own entrance via the garden and many spots like hammocks and the refreshing Jacuzzi, cozy gazebo for hanging out in privacy. Max 2 guests per studio. NOT suitable for kids under the age of 12!
Airconditioning is $8 per night/normal use (8pm-8am) but opening the windows with mosquito screens and using the ceiling fan is for free.

Guest Access:
Access to a beautiful tropical garden full of Humming Birds, Parakeets and Iguanas. Jacuzzi, BBQ and dinner table that seats 8. Many other seats and of course several Hammocks.

Interaction with Guests:
Landlords are the Villa (next door) owners and will be of service to you to make your stay as hassle less as possible.

The Neighborhood:
One of the best and upscale neighborhoods on Bonaire. Very tranquil and situated just minutes from beautiful beaches, best dive spots, Sorobon Surf Beach, restaurants and nightlife.

We can assist you in renting a car, scooter or bike.

Perfect paradise

Everything from directions to check in to our stay was so perfect. I wasn’t familiar with the island when booking but am so grateful we stayed here. It’s simple, clean, quiet with a lovely outdoor space. Communication with the owners was easy and they were very welcoming. We will stay here again!

Excellent place to stay

An excellent place to stay. My hosts were friendly and helped me with my problems with my scooter. Proximity to the airport is excellent, the area is also terrific. You will need transportation as you are 5 km outside of town. The accommodations were very comfortable, no cable but the wifi was excellent so as long as you could stream on your device, you are fine. Cooking was very limited with a hot plate and coffee maker. There is an additional charge for using the air conditioning. I would certainly stay here again.

Great property, friendly host, very welcoming, comfortable bed. Car or scooter is needed. They will hook you up with Smiley Rentals. <5min ride to beach. 27min walk to beach bar. Bachelors beach is in the area. Very well decorated and very private. 5 stars!

We had a lovely time and Jorris was a great host. The location was also good although not centrally located you would need a car anyways. If we return to Bonaire we would definitely stay here again. The back yard is great for hanging out and reading, breakfast or cocktails! Great country for snorkeling and diving!

A comfortable studio with hammocks, birds, and a jaccuzi

Our hosts and their daughter were very friendly and cheerful. The kitchen facilities were small - a two-burner stove and a half-sized refrigerator - but that was OK because we wanted to visit restaurants to taste the food of the island for our main meal. There was a jaccuzi in the yard and a flower garden that attracted lots of birds. We would sit outside at breakfast and watch Bananaquits, Blue-tailed Emerald Hummingbirds, Venezuelan Troupials, and Ruby-topaz Hummingbirds fly in to feed. Occasionally White-tipped Doves, Brown-throated Parakeets, and others would drop by. The location was quiet and easy to reach. We never used the air conditioning because the fan and the high ceilings kept the room comfortable. WiFi allowed us to check schedules and search for things to do on the island. We were able to rinse off and hang up our snorkeling gear in preparation for our next outing.

Cute and very comfortable -- a wonderful place to stay!

We absolutely loved staying at Hammock Studios. What impressed me most about the studio was how upscale it felt; while the room was small (as one would expect), it was beautifully decorated, thoroughly clean, and very comfortable -- words I'd never expect to use to describe a place at this price point. Nothing about the place felt cheap or sloppy. The shared garden is a great place to read a book, with enough distinct seating areas that you won't feel crowded -- but be aware that it's an open space, so if you're looking for complete privacy, you won't find that here. The location was perfect for me -- far enough from the touristy parts of Kralendijk to be quiet and calm, but close enough to give easy access to anything you need. The wifi in the studios was fast enough that we were able to stream videos without a problem. And Jolanda, Jorris, and Wilhelmina were wonderful hosts -- friendly and helpful when you need them, but not overbearing or in the way. My only complaint is that the mosquitos can be pretty vicious in that part of the island, so I found that even with deet spray and a citronella candle, I couldn't sit outside after dark. If I ever find myself back in Bonaire, I'd love to stay here again.

Sehr gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis für Bonaire

Freundlicher, hilfsbereiter Vermieter Für unseren Zweck war die Unterkunft völlig ausreichend. Wir wollten ja dort nur schlafen. Den Tag haben wir am Sorobon-Beach verbracht und da war uns die Nähe (nur 7 km, mit dem Mofa also 10 Minuten) sehr wichtig.

The studios are build 2014 on the property next to our villa! Living on Bonaire since 2005 with my husband and my daughters (teenagers). I am a KLM Stewardess so know what hospitality should be like. We absolutely love the island and our terrific property at Sabal Palm Villas.

Why they chose this property

For us there was only one upscale villa park we wanted to live in...Sabal Palm. Its safe, tranquil and close to everything you need. The villa we bought is located on 1100 m2 of tropical garden; enough space to expand with 2 studios where guests will have 500m2 of privacy, relaxation and tranquility but still close to everything you want to do, see and enjoy.

What makes this property unique

Most guests are absolutely astonished about the flora&fauna they encounter around the studios; Humming birds, Trupial, Lora's, forget to bring your camera!
