Spacieuse maison de campagne - Idéal pour les grandes réunions - 1 heure au sud de Yellowstone

Grande maison de campagne et propriété idéale pour une réunion de famille ou une grande réunion de famille pour un mariage ou des graduations. Huit chambres (plus une aire de jeux pour enfants entourée de lits superposés) offre un couchage pour 40 personnes. Places pour le camping et trois branchements RV complets (un 50 ampères et deux 30 ampères). Beaucoup d'activités locales gratuites ou peu coûteuses pour garder la réunion amusante et occupée. St. Anthony Sand Dunes à seulement 15 minutes. Grande grande chambre avec table de billard. Étang de campagne sur la propriété où les enfants aiment se rafraîchir par une chaude journée d'été. Machine à glace pilée aux saveurs de SnoShack. Si vous avez une saveur préférée, faites-nous savoir à l'avance et nous pourrions prendre des dispositions spéciales (nous avons une «connexion» avec les propriétaires de SnoShack). Salle à manger pour 40 s'ouvre pour rejoindre l'aire de pique-nique adjacente pour une combinaison de 80 sièges. Réfrigérateur commercial et congélateur coffre, en plus de réfrigérateur / congélateur dans la cuisine, est bien adapté pour la cuisson pour un grand groupe.

Great spot for large family reunion!

We loved the space here for our large family (50) reunion. It had lots of fun things to do inside and outside of the home. We enjoyed the large eating area as a place to gather for meals and activities. The two bunk rooms do connect with no door in between so that room didn’t work well as a separate room but all the other rooms had privacy. It will definitely be a place we would choose to book again cause it was such a fun place for our big family.

The Porters were great! Very responsive to requests. They allowed us to come view the property twice before our event. We will really happy with the venue for our family reunion if 50 people.

The “CopperTop” was the perfect location for our family reunion. It’s just a few miles from our home, and as my wife and I were hosting this year, the convenient location was such a plus!The house itself easily contained our group of just over 30. The dining area is huge, and being adjacent to the kitchen and the outdoor cooking area made meals so easy. We also held a dance there and it was perfect for line dancing and all the other crazy dance styles our grandkids embraced!There were bathrooms everywhere, which is a real plus, and everyone had their own beds, with room to spare.Our hosts (owners), Craig and Virginia, were so responsive to every need and question we had. When they learned ahead of time that we have a handicapped daughter in a wheelchair, they purchased a futon bed so she could stay on the main floor, with easy access to dining and other activities. They have done so much to make this place fun for everyone! From the swimming hole to the outdoor courts (basketball, tennis, pickleball, etc.), to the trampoline for the younger kids, there was always something to do for everyone! I saw Virginia yesterday when I picked up some items left by family and told her the next time it’s our turn to host our reunion, CopperTop is at the top of our list!

Amazing

The house was beautiful and big enough for my family reunion. Each family got their own room, RV spot, or camped out on the lawn. The AC kept us cool and their ice machine kept us hydrated. Everyone loved the pool table and pickle ball. The pond was fun in the heat of afternoon. And plenty of fun things to do close by. The hosts were absolutely fantastic. They were quick with communication and easy to work with. Definitely giving this experience 5 stars. The only downside (which wasn’t a big deal) was the beds. A few mattresses were new style, but most were old style. A little bouncy. My guess is that they are slowly upgrading them.

Great place for family reunion!!

Plenty of space for sleeping, food prep and serving, as well as plenty of things to do on site (we didn't even have time for everything!) And we loved that it was so near other things to do off-site as well. We got a lot of use out of the sport court! Had it been a little warmer on our last full day, we would have made better use out of the pond. Craig made sure we knew he just was just a call away if we needed anything. The ropes course at BYU-Idaho was a hit--a must do if there are teens or young adults wanting a challenge! Thanks Craig and Virginia, our family loved our time there! P.S. I personally loved going to sleep to the distant sound of the hay baler--just like when I was growing up :-)

Perfect family getaway

This was the perfect place for our family to gather. There are so many amenities to enjoy. We loved our time here. The kids loved the playground, trampoline, giant swing set, pond and sports court. The huge dining room and outdoor patio gives plenty of seating for mealtimes. The property is beautiful and peaceful.

Great location for a Family Reunion

This is a gorgeous property. The listing is great, but still does not do it justice. We had plenty of room for sleeping, games, meals, and just sitting around. The outdoor facilities are awesome. We spent hours playing and swimming in the pond. Everyone loved it. The courts and game chest were great for enjoying the rural area. It is very quiet and very relaxing. Everything is in great condition. The owners are onsite and available but never intrusive. They could not have been any more welcoming or gracious. The initial walk through was very complete and helpful. The pride in ownership came through and was very appreciated. Would definitely recommend this property and look forward to returning ourselves.

So perfect!

We loved this property! There were 40 of us for our family reunion and it was SO perfect!! Plenty of place to eat together, tons of fun things outside for little kids to adults to do, and lots of beds!! Because it isn’t brand new I didn’t stress as much about the kids being kids! The lenders were so darling too! We would FOR SURE book this place again!!

Tons of fun

We had 20 teenagers there and they loved the property. The house was on the older side of things but very comfortable and not scared to walk in the house. The hosts did everything right. Great amenities from kitchen, pool table to court and outdoor cooking. We would stay there again no issues.

Perfect for large groups

We had such a great time staying in this enormous, unique, immaculate house! The large yard, pickleball & volleyball court, and the swings and playground were a hit.

Daughters Wedding Reception

Stayed in the house for 10 days and held our daughter's wedding reception there. Craig and Virginia were amazing hosts and very helpful. Couldn't have asked for nicer people to rent from. The house and property were better than we expected, and the event was amazing. Close enough to Yellowstone and Island Park that we could travel every day to see the sights. Golf down the street, sports court was great, overall, an amazing trip. Thank you Craig and Virginia for making our daughter's wedding something we will never forget. Hopefully we can make it back up to stay with you!!!

Family Reunion

We had 24individyals. And every one of us had a great time. Great amenities and lots of space to enjoy being together and not smashed in. We hope to visit again someday. Downsides: No conditioners for hair in the showers. Windows were very difficult to open. There was no way to block the wind from blowing out the industrial sized outdoor griddle top.

Conditioner for hair is located in the linen closets rather than the individual showers. The windows are 80's vintage Anderson crank windowns and are difficult to open. However, all upstairs rooms have ceiling fans and the entire home has central air. The griddle has a wind screen that is removed to light the griddle. I noticed that this group left the wind screen on the ground rather than reinstalling it after lighting the griddle - hence the wind could blow out the burners. There is also a sun/wind curtain that could be extended to block the wind if necessary.

We were fortunate to acquire this property on 20 acres when our five boys were young. They learned how to work by moving pipe in the field and had lots of fun roaming the river bottoms and jumping their bikes into the pond. When they grew up and flew the nest we decided to convert our home into a family reunion center so others could benefit from the ability of the property to accommodate large gatherings - and there will always be room for the boys and their growing families to come and visit!
