Great for golf and families, prime location for Villamartin Plaza

This superbly located villa is a 3 minute stroll to the famous Villamartin Plaza with its fabulous restaurants, shops & bars. The property is beautifully furnished to cater for your every need and is set in a beautiful community. On the ground floor there is a large lounge and dining area with satellite TV with English speaking channels as well as free WI-FI, 2 twin bedrooms, both with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. Upstairs is a large double bedroom with en suite shower room, and plenty of storage. There are doors leading onto its own large sun terrace where you will find sun loungers, a dining area and a gas BBQ. The villa comes with air conditioning cold or hot in all rooms. There is a further terrace leading from the lounge which overlooks the communal pool & gardens to the front. Another terrace to the back of the villa will give you sunshine until it sets.

The villa is also only a 3 min walk to Villamartin Golf course and within easy reach of the Royal Campoamor and Las Ramblas courses with many others less than 15 min drive.

Blue flag beaches are located at La Zenia, Cabo Roig just a short drive from the villa. Car hire is recommended if you want to travel around however, there is a bus service from the Plaza which will take you to La Zenia Beach or the Boulevard. The beautiful Zenia Boulevard shopping center has enriched the area not only giving you an array of clothes shops but many coffee bars and a whole floor dedicated to eating out which is open late into the night. The Boulevard very often has entertainment and is well worth a visit.

The Valencian region has introduced a new law where property rentals in this region are no longer allowed to rent out for more than 10 days, if you book for longer you will not be protected as the rental will not be legal.

A €15 surcharge applies for arrivals 8.00pm to 10.00pm.
€25 will apply for arrivals after 10.00pm.

Family holiday

Fabulous townhouse with excellent balcony and sun terrace. Good location, clean with everything provided utensil wise and close to pool 😎- Would highly recommend.

Well Equipped Townhouse

Good location, walking distance to local bars/main plaza. Very clean on arrival. Excellent outdoor furniture on comfortable private terraces (4 in total) Pool in community was 40 yards away, well kept and not too busy. Overall a very relaxing stay.

Very comfortable

We loved this little house. The beds were so comfortable which isn’t always the case with holiday rentals. The owners had made it very cosy. The solarium was lovely with, again, comfortable garden furniture. Not too far to walk to everything we needed. Highly recommend this property.

Loved the property and loved the area

I have stayed in the area before but now I have found this property I will return again and again. The location was perfect for local bars and restuarants, all a couple of minutes walk away. The property had everything you needed and was close to the communal pool for the warmer months. The community is very well looked after, could not have had a better stay. Thank you to the team as the property was spotless and all the help we needed was given.

Excellent, well appointed villa near to the Local Plaza

We were a party of golfers renting three villas in the area. The villa was extremely clean and tidy with modern fittings and furnishing. A lovely little porch out front and a tremendous seating area upstairs. Air con etc all functional and without issues at all. Could not find a fault if I tried. Sally , who met us and gave a brief overview of the villa and area was great and nearby if any issues arose.

Excellent house

Loved our stay here. Facilities perfect and location great for strolling to the Plaza with the fantastic choice of restaurants and bars. Stayed over New Year and all busy enough for nice atmosphere. Would highly recommend this house and location.

Fabulous Villa, Great Location

My husband and I had a great few days at this villa. The furnishings were lovely and made the place very homely and cozy. Very clean and great location for walking to the square. Sharon the porperty manager was great, she gave us lots of recomendations and information about the surrounding areas. We would recomend this villa and hope to return soon. Thank you for a wonderful few days.

Villamartin

Although we had the misfortune to stay in the week when the area experienced its worst storm for 100 years, we could not fault this holiday home in any respect. It was clean, comfortable and very well appointed. The balcony for the main bedroom was delightful, with comfortable open air seating and a great view toward the med. The area where the house is situated is peaceful and quiet, but only a short walk from the plaza where there are decent bars, restaurants and shops and there's a lovely pool area a minute's walk away. Our property manager (Sharon) was very helpful and on hand if we needed anything. In 30 years of visiting Spain we'd never known weather like it, but that aside, this was a perfect holiday home...dry and cosy too when the storm broke! Thoroughly recommended.

Brigg's family get away

Overall we had an excellent family holiday, the location of the property was in a prime position for us and offered everything you needed, we will definitely rent this property again in the future. There were a couple of small issues with regards to the cleanliness of the property which were, the oven needed to be cleaned before use, there were numerous stains on the covers of the upstairs balcony furniture and the rug in the upstairs double bedroom could of do with a clean on arrival. We were under the impression that we would of had a change of bedding and towels over the 2 week period stay as we paid the Property Manager 80 euros upon arrival for laundry. Sharon the Property Manager was great and nothing was to much trouble, very helpful and pleasant.

House in a great location

This was a great house to holiday in and in a great location, close enough to walk to Plaza but far enough away not to have any noise. House was very clean and everything you need for a great holiday. Even had chairs to take to pool/beach and shopping bags in kitchen. The welcome wine and beer in fridge was a wonderful touch. The communal pool was large and a great place to cool down. Would recommend this house to stay in, the roof terrace is a wonderful place to sit and chill out.

This house had everything you could want very clean every room had air conditioning 1 minute walk to the pool 5 minutes to pubs and restaurants 6 euros in a taxi too shopping centre I would definitely recommend this place

Perfect Location

The villa is beautiful and in a perfect location. Had everything you need including beach towels which saved on the luggage allowance! Easily walkable to Villamartín plaza with a great variety of bars and restaurants that are reasonably priced. The complex is really well kept and the pool area is lovely. Great communication with Sharon. Thoroughly enjoyed it and would definitely recommend

Wonderful stay

Immaculate property with bars & restaurants within a 5 minute walk. The lovely beach “la Zenia” was also only a 10 minute the drive away. Nice golf course at the top of the road also so what’s not to like. We will defiantly be back

Magnificent 2nd stay.

This is our 2nd time we have stayed at this property, and was even better than the first, which was also fantastic. There is new veranda sofas and reclining loungers on the large terrace outside the master bedroom , and also a new barbeque , and lovely views of the sea from the veranda. Also lovely new sofas in the lovely lounge area and a new tv. We had a fabulous time in the beautiful swimming pool just 20 seconds walk from the property, and had a great time at villamartin plaza just a 4 minute walk from the property. The golf course was fantastic, which is also only a 5 mins walk. We have already booked again for next year, and may book twice. Cannot wait.

Love the roof top space, it’s great for outside dining. Also beautiful pool and Villa Martín is fab

The property is clean and tidy. And the team are on hand if there’s a problem. We had a problem with the tv and it was sorted within 5 mins. The supermarkets were closed on the day we arrived so we were left milk water wine and crisps just to cover us till we went out. The pool is fantastic and also very clean. If I was going to be super picky it would be nice to have had a couple of bed chairs to lie on by the pool. Will be going back again as the villa is in a lovely quiet area.
