The condo is 2 Bedroom & Bath, accommodating 5, with a community pool and covered parking. Master bedroom with King bed and door leading to covered, carpeted deck. 2nd bedroom with Pyramid bunk (double on bottom/twin on top). Benefits include a flat screen TV with DVD player in living area, TVs in both bedrooms, and wireless internet connection. Includes cable, ceiling fan, covered deck with furniture and carpet, . The porch gives a wonderful view of the canal, docks, and pond. Parking for 2 vehicles only. Gas Fireplace is not offered.

Vacation-My-Way properties require a 3-night minimum during peak season and a 2-night minimum during the off-season. The only exception is the 2nd full-week of August which requires a 7-Night stay that starts on a Saturday or Sunday.
