Villa Valex offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Based in the hills at the edge of the village of Krimovice, with easy access to some of the finest beaches, choose and do as much or as little as you feel like!

Bright and modern accommodation on the top floor comprises 2 double bedrooms each with it's own bathroom, and a sitting room with 2 sofa beds (providing 2 additional beds if required!), flat screen TV with a selection of movies and series to watch on a rainy day! Fully equipped small but super functional kitchen with 2 ring stoves, oven and a microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine plus a hot sandwich grill.

For lazy days when you just don’t feel like going anywhere, simply stay at “home” and enjoy the pool, the sunbeds and the shade of a the fragrant pine trees! Or how about that all essential BBQ for some al-fresco dining? Golf and tennis facilities available within a couple of minutes’ walk from the Villa!

Weekly cleaning service available. Host is available throughout your stay to help with tips and or/any questions you may have. Due to the remote location of the Villa, car is essential *

Nearest City of Budva (some 10 minutes drive) will provide all the buzz of a big city you may require. With many bars, restaurants and clubs on offer, there is something for everyone Please check this link for more information about the area:

To make the most of your vacation, a car is essential! The Villa is located: 5 minutes drive from three lovely beaches Jaz, Ploce och Trsteno; 10 minutes drive from the town of Budva; 20 minutes drive from Tivat Airport (car rental available); 1,5 hour drove, some 70 km, from Dubrovnik Airport (car rental available);

Kindly note that prices are in GBP (Pounds Sterling) and not in Euros as indicated in the Calendar. We offer 10% discount is available for stays of 1 month or 20% for 2 months or longer.

Excellent apartment

Maria and Bruno's apartment has everything you would need, very clean comfortuable and nicely decorated with a great pool. It's in a great location, with easy access to local beaches and attractions.The hosts provide loads of helpful tips and suggestions, useful to have local knowledge on hand. Overall I would recommend for your holiday.

Fantastisk sted og fantastiske værter.En dejlig lejlighed i et stille område. Fantastic experience

My partner and I stayed at Maria & Bruno's property for a week.The Villa is just as described and is a great location and very clean.Maria & Bruno couldn't have been more helpful with advice on restaurants, town and beaches.We would highly recommend this villa

Relaxing, clean, quiet apartment in great location

Scrupulously clean and extremely well equipped apartment. You definitely need a car but location makes it well worthwhile. Perfectly situated for Ploce and Jaz beach. Maria and Bruno are great hosts with lots of tips and recommendations if you want them. Lovely clean pool. Definitely recommend.

Très beau séjour à Villa Valex

Wonderful welcome and a superb relaxed stay

Maria and Bruno were excellent hosts, with first class communication upon booking, up to and through our stay with help on hand during our holiday. The house is beautiful, set in a quiet pine tree hillside location which was perfect for a young family. It had everything we could want from a holiday home with a fully stocked kitchen, pool towels, BBQ, TV and wifi. We particularly enjoyed lazing around the pool and exploring local restaurants and nearby beaches without the noise and hubbub of a large holiday resort. We would happily return again in future and thank you for having us at Villa Valex.

A perfect place

We spent 8 days in the villa. The apartement is spacious, with two bedrooms and two bathrooms perfect for a family, but also enough place if travelling with a group of adults. The maritime decoration and layout is tastefully and bright, the living room offering a big table and enough space for everyone to relax. Everything was flawless clean, the amount of towels both for bathroom and pool area was exceeding, and even additional washing was offered. Everything you need for a private stay was present in kitchen and apartement. The two terraces offer a shady stay at every time of the day, the bigger one to the front with pool view was our favourite and a perfect place event at very, very hot weather. The pool is kept very clean and the area with sunbeds and sitting area has shady parts at every time of the day, wich is good for sun sensitive persons as children. The location of the house offers short drives to 2 nearby beaches, but is central enough to start day trips in the montenegro backland, which we definitily recommand to do. Visiting the country in an extreme hot summer we were very glad to have this airy place on top of a hill, quite away from the crowded coast, which made it cooler to stay and especially the quiet, long evenings on the terrace with lovely view. With Maria and Bruno we had the most helpful, friendly and foresighting hosts you can imagine - who make this lovely place really unique, thank you for everything!

Sehr nette Vermieter, ganz tolle und saubere Ferienwohnung mit allem Drum und Dran, ruhige abgelegene Ferienwohnung gut geeignet zum Entspannen und Energie tanken, idealer Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen, kurze Fahrstrecken zu Stränden und Restaurants in der Umgebung, alles in Allem hatten wir nichts zu bemängeln und würden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Perfekt Apartment for a family

We really enjoyed our 12 days at Villa Valex. The apartment is very well furnished and everything you need was available (cooking utensils, bath towels, washing machine,...). The pool area is wonderful - our children loved it. Most importantly, the trees make it very comfortable even when it's hot. For us, the location was perfect, as it is very quiet and yet everything possible (beaches 5-10 minutes) can be reached quite quickly by car. Marija and Bruno are super hosts, always very friendly and had very good tips for us. Villa Valex and Montenegro are definitely worth a trip!

Relaxing villa

Villa Valex is extremely comfortable and well-equipped. Marija and Bruno are on hand to help but never in an obtrusive way. The villa is spacious with an excellent pool area and views to the mountains. Beaches are close by and Budva is 30 minutes away (with traffic). With a car you have good access to the sights of the area. Don’t forget to walk past the villa up the hill to find a lovely hillside church. We would recommend this villa to anyone wanting a relaxing break away from the hustle and bustle.

très bon accueil des propriétaires, attentionnés et serviables. maison très propre, bien agencée et équipée, idéale pour 2 couples. la piscine permet d'éviter la foule des plages. lieu calme, dans la nature, proche du bord de mer . situation géographique permettant de visiter de nombreux endroits sans trop de distances à parcourir.

Fantastisk dejlig feriebolig

Vi boede 2 voksne og 3 børn i boligen i en uge. Vi blev modtaget af Maris & Bruno (ejerne, som selv boede i stueetagen). De bød os velkommen og viste os rundt i huset. De var utrolig hjælpsomme med gode råd om området og udflugtsmål og var på alle måder interesserede i, at vi skulle have en dejlig uge i huset. Her nød vi de skyggefulde lokaler, et fint og velfungerende køkken, badeværelser og altaner på begge sider af huset. Derudover hyggede vi os i poolen med tilhørende liggestole, parasoller og bade-madrasser. Huset ligger uforstyrret af naboer og trafikerede veje. I stedet havde vi oplevelsen af fred og ro - kun afbrudt af klokkerne på fåreflokke der fra tid til anden kunne høres i bakkerne. Vi giver denne perle vores aller bedste anbefalinger - og kommer selv tilbage på et senere tidspunkt. Mh. Katrine & Tom

A beautifully presented home in a peaceful location surrounded by great views.

The house is lovely, everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The home is on the first floor of the building and has lovely terraces to enjoy sun or shade throughout the day. Sunsets from the front terrace are a daily joy! The pool area is lovely and regularly looked after by the host who lives on site. The pool itself is perfect to cool off in, we enjoyed it very much indeed. The host is very knowledgeable and full of excellent tips and advice on how to get the most of your visit. Bruno was very helpful while we were there and was on hand if we needed anything. There are many beautiful beaches close to the property and we enjoyed the hosts recommendation of Ploce Plaza which has excellent facilities (beds, umbrellas, waiter service, clear water, food and toilets). We also visited Plavi Horizant, a bit further away but it has a big stretch of sandy beach - a nice restaurant too. Make sure you bring or buy a snorkel whichever beach you go to, the waters here are clear and full of fish! There are plenty of places to visit whilst staying here and a car is needed to get around. We enjoyed visiting Kotor and traveling around the bay, the Lustica peninsula, and going up to the Lovcen National Park - the roads are not for the faint hearted, especially when passing traffic on hairpin bends! A beautiful destination but further away is Lake Skadar, stunning scenery and bird life where the river flows into this huge lake. This is a wonderful property and so well appointed. The host was excellent and helped make our stay very enjoyable, like home from home. Enjoy Montenegro!

Es war alles zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles sauber ,wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Allerdings ohne Auto nicht möglich.
