La espaciosa villa para mayores de 55 años ha sido renovada y reclama mucha luz en el comedor y la sala de estar. Deje atrás su decoración de invierno y disfrute de los alegres colores vibrantes. Relájese con un café de la mañana o un cóctel de medio día en el gran patio cubierto y observe a los jugadores de golf subir por la calle hasta el hoyo 12.

Sunbird Golf Resort es una comunidad cerrada con un entorno espléndidamente remodelado. Disfruta de las dos piscinas climatizadas, la bañera de hidromasaje y las canchas de tenis y sí, tenemos el pickle ball. Aprecie el campo de golf del hoyo 18, 4384 yardas, par 66, características notables del agua y trampas de arena imparciales que se encuentran en diferentes hoyos. Hay muchos otros excelentes cursos a minutos de distancia.

La casa club cuenta con billar, sala de ejercicios, biblioteca, manualidades y servicio dominical. Visite la oficina de la casa club para todas las actividades diarias de la semana / mes, "Depende de usted lo ocupado que quiera estar". Bang for the money

Nice place to stay, especially for the rate. We didn't use the facilities but would be a perfect place to stay affordably and get some back yard golfing in.

Home away from home

This is a wonderful villa in a friendly and safe 55 plus plus community. We had such a great time we did not want to leave. The owners are great communicators and ensure that you have everything you need during your stay. We plan on staying here again.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the sun!

Great place - updated decor, nicely appointed. Two good sized bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, great outside balcony on the golf course. Nice furnishings, nice bedding, towels, etc. Handy washer/dryer, and a golf cart included which is perfect in a community where it's the mode of transportation. Only disappointment is that it's such a great place, it's booked for the prime months for the next four years - haha!

Tidy, quaint villa in great location.

Located in South Chandler in a friendly 55+ community with great amenities. Great communication with owner for whenever needed. Comfortably furnished. Located close to Riggs Rd so hear daily traffic noise starting at 5 AM. That’s the only drawback if you are a lighter sleeper.

Bed very comfortable but had a badly stained mattress cover. Floors very dirty, hadn’t been mopped before our visit. Barbecue unusable as reported to owner. Still love Sunbird as a location and enjoyed our month there.

Awesome Place!!!

This property is so clean, beautifully decorated with a designer's touch. We had everything we needed,.We stayed for 6 weeks as our home was not finished yet. I cooked many meals and grilled on the grill. Every cooking utensil I needed was there!The Villa was stocked with all the necessities, from toilet paper to laundry detergent! If you are looking for a nice get away , look no further, this is the place to be. The owner was fabulous and communicated with us on anything we might need! I give this place 10 ***Star!

Sunbird Golf Resort amenities were satisfactory. The restaurant had good food & great Happy Hour. The unit we rented had several issues. The furniture was old/dirty & black dirt marks on carpet. The golf cart would only go in Reverse gear, so had added expense when golfed. The tub drained very slow & towels were threadbare. There were only four dishes so we had to run dishwasher every day. It was located near busy street - awakened at 6:00 every morning, even with the air conditioner on. We have used VRBO numerous times - this is first bad experience.

Nice little place. Housekeeper needs to do a little more cleaning. Blinds above kitchen sink was not good and living room & dining room valances had cobwebs. The air fresheners were too over powering when we got there.

Introduction to the area

We rented this property primarily due to the location. It is convenient. A little noisy in master bedroom but overall what we expected. We had a few very small issues during our stay and the homeowner immediately took care of them.

Great location, like being at home

Very close to family in Chandler. Kitchen and bathrooms well equipped and supplied. We loved walking the neighborhood in the morning before it got too hot. Spacious for relaxing and eating.

Our stay at HomeAway!

What a wonderful time we had at the Sunbird resort. We had stayed for two weeks played a few rounds of golf relaxed and enjoyed the sunshine. Our place was very nice and clean with everything that was needed to accommodate our stay. There was a couple of small things that needed to be attended too but nothing needed to be repaired right away. First time in Chandler and we enjoyed the area very much. Our only disappointment was to find out that next year we can’t stay for two weeks needs to be a month. Thanks again for letting us use the golf cart and your villa!

Always a great stay!

My golfing buddies and I have stayed here for our last three golf trips to Arizona, and this accommodation has become our favourite. A clean unit with everything you could need (plenty of dishes/cutlery, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, towels and washer/drier). Beds are comfortable (including the pullout couch) air conditioning works great, cable t.v for those relaxing evenings and reliable wifi to keep connected. Patio with an awning is perfect for a beer and bbq after golf. Sunbird is a great community with friendly neighbours and a fun and tasty restaurant and pool/hot tub just minutes away with an included golf cart. Gail and Bill are great to deal with, very friendly and helpful. Plenty of great golf, restaurants and shopping close by. I will be returning!

Wonderful snowbird getaway

My partner and I have rented this property three times in the past couple years and have thoroughly enjoyed each stay. The property is perfect for a couple’s getaway. The house backs right onto a green of the golf course with a beautiful south view from the patio. All the appliances including the fridge, BBQ, microwave, and coffee maker were clean and in good working order. The air conditioner also worked great. Both bathrooms were clean and well stocked with towels and cleaning supplies. The corner couch was perfect for sprawling out and watching TV. The cable TV had lots of channels and the WIFI was fast. The restaurant in the complex has great value, especially breakfast. I would highly suggest the spinach and cheese omelette with fruit. Both pools area are clean and well-manicured for lounging around and enjoying the sunshine. Bill and Gail (the owners) have been very accommodating and said to call them personally if any problems should arise. I would give the overall experience at Sunbird and our accommodations a five star. See you this fall Sunbird!

Another great vacation!

Our second visit was just as good as the first, if not better! A great home on a fantastic golf course within a wonderful community. The home is clean and well equipped, close to amenities and situated in a very peaceful and safe area. The onsite amenities are brilliant, beautiful pools, lovely restaurant and daily activities to suit all. Close to shops, restaurants and a multitude of different activities. We reside in Crowsnest Pass, Alberta, Canada, and have a passion for golf, pickleball, and curling. Our two adult sons love soaking up the Arizona sunshine and enjoy a friendly round of golf, often managing to win a few dollars from Dad along the way.

Our big plan? Ditch the frigid winters for six months and retire in sunny Arizona! In 2014, we embarked on a quest to find our own slice of paradise. After just a week at Sunbird Golf Resort, we knew we’d struck gold and reached out to a local realtor who quickly became a cherished friend. We’re thrilled to share this paradise with you and hope you fall in love with it just like we did!

Step into our open-concept villa, where sunshine streams through and offers a fantastic view of the golf course right from the kitchen, dining, and living areas. Kickstart your day by lounging in the morning sun with a steaming coffee, and then enjoy a cocktail or two during happy hour while watching golfers glide by.

Our gated property is packed with fun, including two heated pools for your splashing pleasure. Swing by the clubhouse office to check out the weekly lineup—karaoke on Fridays, dancing in the ballroom on Saturdays, and invigorating water aerobics every morning. Sunday Service starts at 9:00 am in the ballroom.
