Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bath, single family residence with split floor plan, open kitchen, living and dining rooms. Spacious backyard, spectacular diving pool (no fence around pool), covered patio, and grassy area. Quiet neighborhood with quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, medical facilities, and the 202 freeway. Please note that the pool is not heated.
