Book Now for your spring and summer vacation, this condo goes fast!! This fantastic spacious Sea Gypsy third floor walk up condo has everything you need for your stay. New flooring was put in a couple months ago, and watch for the new sofa that will be added the second week in March. 2026. I new large comfortable gray sofa, will be located right by the window to the beach!! The master bedroom has a new headboard and redecorated with a king size bed.
Where else can you go to be only steps from the beach and ocean. Sit at the table by the large window that gives you the view you want, to watch whales, kites,(especially during kite festival in June and October as they fly right by your window). Families playing on the beach, beachcombers looking for that treasure in the sand, this is also the stretch of sand that the Finder Keepers hide the beautiful hand blown glass floats on. The beach is lite at night so you don't have to end your day at dark. You can also extend your day by swimming in the large salt water swimming pool, or relaxing in the dry sauna, in the pool building. While sitting in the four comfortable leather chairs having your morning coffee, play games, or read that book that you never find time for. We have just put in broad ban WIFI so you can share with your family and friends pictures of the great time you or your family are having, or just relaxing. They will wish they were there!!! There is one queen size bed and one king bed, the queen bed is in the ocean side suite and the king in the private bedroom which has its own un suite. Each bed has new soft sheets, soft blankets, and a duvet cover or quilt. There are two full bathrooms with tub and shower combination. Take a long shower at the end of the day or soak in the tub and wrap your self in the soft thick white towels. There is complimentary bar bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, and a makeup remover towel. This condo has a fully stocked kitchen with an island for extra seating. There is a stove with oven, full size refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker. There is a selection of pots and pans, frying pans, plates, bowels, glasses and cups. Also, silverware for your use while there. There is also a few complimentary packets of coffee, cream and sugar, hot chocolate ,and popcorn . There is a laundry room located by the swimming pool, it takes a debit or credit card for the machines.
This condo is located where the Lincoln City Kite Festival happens, kites fly right past your window, close to Newport Crab festival. There is a 28 night maximum stay during one stay in this condo . Then you must vacate the premises.
