Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please throw all trash before departure. Dumpster located outside the condo on first floor. Load dishwasher and clean all dishes. Strip beds and place sheets and towels on floor. Please lock the door
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I purchased the Seascape unit in 2015, and it remains one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I’ve come to love the island lifestyle and how it brings families together from near and far. Sharing this special place with others brings me great joy—Seascape has given me so much happiness, and I love being able to pass that on. It feels incredibly cozy, like a home away from home—sometimes you forget you’re even at the beach. I'm grateful to share this space and hope it brings you the same peace and joy it has brought me.

Seascape is a quiet, family-friendly, and laid-back community—just steps from the beach without being right on the shoreline.
What makes this property unique
We've recently updated the patio furniture and added a new washer and dryer, refrigerator, and HVAC unit to enhance your comfort and enjoyment. The beach is just a quick, safe walk away—only about 400 yards from the unit.
