A fantastic place to spend your beach vacay. We have just completed updating and it's perfect for a family or two couples. You will love the beach balcony which is in front of the living & dining area, and our bay side balcony is a great place to watch the sunset and fireworks.

The beach is just a short walk down the path through the gated pool area. To make your beach trip even better, we have beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, a cooler and sand toys for your use. Take in some vitamin D lounging at the pool area or enjoy the heated pool and hot tub.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. You may even enjoy it with the reflection of the beach in the mirror behind the sink. A washer & dryer is in the unit also so no need to over pack.

Both bedrooms have comfy king beds with nice cotton sheets, private bathrooms, 32" TVs and DVDs. We provide plenty of big, soft towels.

Florence II is a small complex and lends a more personal feel to your time here. You won't get lost in the big resort shuffle!

We just purchased this unit and have just updated it. We have several rental units on South Padre and it's definitely our happy place. There are so many things to entertain, or just sit on the balcony and watch the waves roll in.

Amazing vacation

The condo was absolutely amazing, it had everything from beach stuff to a full kitchen. It had a million dollar view. We hope it is open next year when we come back . Thanks Laura for such a good time.

Beautiful condo, my kids and I had an amazing time! I enjoyed watching the sunrise each day!!!

Loved the condo, beautiful kitchen filled with everything we needed to cook meals during our stay! The furnishings were lovely, comfy king size beds. I really appreciated the sand toys, surf boards, umbrellas and beach chairs that were available for us to use during our stay. I only gave 4 stars because the balcony door was extremely hard to close every time we opened it and the wi-fi didn't work. (Overall cell service was very slow due to the amt of spring breakers on the island). Besides that we had a wonderful time!!! We would absolutely visit again.

FABULOUS WEEK!!

My family and I had a great time staying at the Florence II, unit 401. It was very clean, had a well stocked kitchen, and plenty of towels. The balcony view of the beach is beautiful! We would definitely rent this unit again!!

There were only a couple of very minor drawbacks. The parking spot assigned to unit 401 is in a difficult spot to park in. Large SUV's or trucks will find it especially difficult. Also, the walkway from the property to the beach can get VERY hot! It would be nice for the building management to provide a rubber walkway, like I've seen at other properties, leading down to the beach. This is an older building, so when you step out of the elevator onto the fourth floor your first impression won't be terrific. But this unit is very nice inside and you won't be disappointed.

The hot tub and pool are very nice, especially with the pool being in the shade most of the day.

The couple of times I needed to contact the owner, she responded immediately. I rented a unit the year before in the building next door, and we had nothing but problems. You won't regret renting this unit! South Padre is an amazingly clean, fun, family friendly beach. One week wasn't long enough...! : (

Email or mail a signed copy of the completed rental agreement and the pet agreement if you are bringing your pet. Many times the condo is ready prior to our check in time. The property is furnished and includes linens, towels, beach towels, & dishes. There are also beach chairs, umbrella, boogie boards & a small cooler for your use.
We supply one roll of paper towels & toilet paper, coffee filters, a small dish soap, an extra trash bag, and hand soap in the bathroom. Bring your own personal items, food etc. There is a washer & dryer in the unit.
Cleaning Fee: $80
Pet fee: $65
Rental Party: no more than 8
Term of the Lease: The lease begins on the check in date 3:00 pm and ends on the check out date at 11:00 am.
Rental Deposit: A deposit of 25% is due and payable at the time of booking in order to hold your reservation.
Rental Balance: Payment if full of rental fees are due 2 weeks prior to check- in date or before this time if you wish. Damage Deposit: A damage deposit of $300.00 is due at check in. This can be paid by check, cash or Paypal. The deposit shall be refunded after checkout provided no deductions are made due to: Damage to the property or furnishings, dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; missing items, or any costs.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

100% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
