The apartment can accommodate 2 adults and 1 child (up to 14 years old). It has a main bedroom with a double bed and a double sofa bed in the living area. It should be noted that there is no door separating the bedroom from the living room, as the space is designed as an open-plan environment.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a building without a lift. Due to the building's characteristics and the narrow staircase, we do not recommend this accommodation for elderly people or those with mobility difficulties, nor for families with baby strollers. However, if they decide to book despite this, we can install a cot and high chair upon request at an additional cost of €10/day. If needed, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance.
It is an elegant, quiet and fully equipped dwelling. From the apartment, there are views of a small quiet street in the old town.
Its location is ideal for discovering Palma on foot. It is not necessary to have private transport, as it is just 5-10 minutes walking from some of the main points of interest in the city, such as the Cathedral, Plaza Mayor or Passeig des Born.
The apartment is located in Sa Gerreria, one of the neighbourhoods with the most personality in Palma, highly appreciated both for its location and its authentic atmosphere. In the area, you will find numerous restaurants, bars and cafés frequented mainly by residents, as well as an interesting presence of urban art that provides a special character to the neighbourhood.

We kindly request maintaining order and cleanliness during your stay.
Please respect the common areas of the building (stairs and hallway), keeping them clean and moving through them quietly.
Excessive noise, loud music, and parties are strictly prohibited.
In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours about noise or inappropriate behaviour by any member of the group, the owner reserves the right to expel guests from the accommodation at any time, without refund of the reservation amount.
Booking conditions
During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.
Check-in time: from 14:00 h.
Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.
The number of guests may not exceed the maximum capacity of the apartment indicated in the booking.
Additional information
The apartment is located in a restricted access zone for residents (ACIRE). If you plan to arrive by car, the Priority Villas agency will manage the circulation authorisation with the City Council. You only need to notify us in advance and send us the vehicle registration number, and we will take care of the procedure.
Parking: There is the possibility of parking upon request and at an additional cost of £20/day, subject to availability.

Stayed here with my 2 daughters for 3 nights. Apartment was perfect, located in beautiful street and walking distance from old town. Close to shops, restaurants and busses. Kitchen well equipped also a dining table and additional small table at window for coffee or breakfast. The Mercadona supermarket above the del Olivar market is brilliant for everything you might need. Already planning our next stay.
Great location and beautiful space. Will absolutely stay again when we return!

Very nice apartment

As for the noise, unfortunately we can't control the other guests' noise level, at least between 22:00 and 10:00, which should be totally quiet. Stylish newly furnished apartment that is an easy 10 walk from the main station. Great location for exploring the old town with a good election of bars and cafes nearby. Worth saying that there is no door between the bedroom and main living area

We stayed here for 9 days and It was great, all the information was provided to me prior to arrival.
We stayed here for 9 days and It was great, all the information was provided to me prior to arrival, we got a little stuck in the one way system when arriving to the property by car. We didn't think you could drive directly up to the apartment, but there is access and a car park just passed the building. The apartment is bright, airy and open plan, we really enjoyed it. The location is wonderful, so much is within walking distance. The supermarkets are close by, as is a bakers, and lots of convenience stores. We really enjoyed our stay here, it was perfect for what we needed and struggled to find in the area

Lovely property however if there are people staying above the noise travels alot due to the plumbing and the wooden floors. Sadly didnt sleep at all on night 2. Also not keen on having to thorw away my own trash upon departure...surely thats what the cleaning bill is for. Good central location but if we had more time to bokk we would have looked elsewhere.

Perfectly Located and Impeccably Clean Apartment in the Heart of Palma
I had a wonderful stay at URBAN SUITES 2 PALMA STANDARD TI/75 in Palma de Mallorca. The apartment was spotless, with a comfortable bed and modern, well-maintained amenities. It’s perfectly located, allowing easy access to all the main attractions, yet it’s set on a quiet street, so noise was never an issue. The internet connection was fast and reliable, making it easy to stay connected during my trip. One standout feature was the excellent communication with the hosts. They made the check-in and check-out process seamless and were quick to provide recommendations for great local restaurants, which I really appreciated. If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and tranquil place to stay in Palma, I highly recommend this apartment.
Just be aware that it's on the second floor with no elevator, so it might not be ideal for those with small children in strollers.
Beautiful unit located in the second floor of a quiet building. The unit was clean and property management company was very responsive and easy to deal with. The location is very central and within walking distance to nearby shops and restaurants. However, compared to some of the other vacation rentals we stayed at in Spain, this kitchen was very sparsely appointed, with only the basics. Also, the wifi was slow, and needed a reset by the property manager, but became slow again towards the end of our stay. Also, if you have a car, do not stay here. The unit is located in a restricted ACIRE zone which means you are unable to park nearby and parking in the nearby parkade is expensive, $32 euro/day. I think if they had better cookware, a decent coffee maker, faster wifi and better parking options, I would have rated it higher.
