Located in south Maui in central Kihei, nestled in on the northern end of Halama Street. This 1 bedroom 1 bath unit has a full kitchen and bathroom. Cozy, quiet, great for couples and small families. There is a sofa sleeper pullout in the living room that overlooks the ocean from a small deck/lanai. There is a dinning table inside as well as an outdoor table for two, for outside viewing or eating. A larger picnic table and a gas grill is available for use in the back yard, along with beach chairs to watch the sunsets and lounge chairs for sun tanning or just relaxing. The beach is about 300 feet from the building with a large yard of green grass and palm trees leading to the seemingly private beach. Enjoy the amazing sea turtles that crawl up and rest on the sandy beach with good snorkeling, kayaking, SUP, wind and kite sailing, pole fishing, shelling and more. Don't forget to keep an eye for the passing whales. Centrally located near banks, post office stores, medical clinics, supermarket, shops, restaurants and more. Tucked away from the big resorts and high tourist filled areas., you can enjoy your own little piece of paradise.

We have a upstairs 1 BR/1BA unit (shown in these pictures) and another 1BA/1BA first floor unit (not shown, contact me for more information and pictures); however stairs are necessary to access ALL UNITS from the parking area.
