I work in the film and television industry. My job allows me a bit of new-found freedom as I am now able to do what I do from just about anywhere. This is why I've decided to rent out my amazing house that I have owned for 16 years. From the day I bought it, I have never stopped working on it. It's a Spanish 1925 home, but has been fully renovated. In fact, I barely recognize the home from photos of when I purchased it.

This house is centrally located in the Hollywood Hills, yet close enough to Hollywood to jump on a subway train to go to Universal Studios, walk to the Hollywood Bowl (best concert venue ever), Hollywood Walk of Fame, Universal Studios as well as see Hollywood & Highland, where the Oscars are held each year!
What makes this property unique
Walking distance to Hollywood Bowl, Hollywood Walk of Fame, Hollywood & Highland, theaters, coffee shops, bars, restaurants, and access to the metro train ~4 blocks away. Quick drive to Universal studios or take the train (just one stop) there! Easy to get to Burbank or downtown LA. You can't beat the overall convenience, yet are just far away enough from the heart of Hollywood that you don't hear the honks of car horns.
