With an enviable location, Base Village Loft 102 is steps away from the best restaurants, shops, and nightlife Winter Park has to offer. This three bedroom/two and a half bath loft is the perfect choice for your next mountain getaway. Have your morning cup of coffee and enjoy the mountain & forest views, or head to your favorite bars & restaurants. Not into driving? Simply stow your car in the one-car garage and walk around or ride the free city bus anywhere you need to go!

Thoughtfully designed, this spacious abode is split over two levels and features tons of natural light with vaulted ceilings. As you walk in, you're instantly greeted with warmth and luxury on the main level and find a plush living area with a crackling fireplace, large flat screen TV, and seating for your whole group. Use the sliding glass doors and find a private balcony with outdoor seating, perfect for an apres cocktail. Hungry? This home features a gourmet kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, dining area with seating for six, and a breakfast bar with additional seating for three.

Ready to rest easy? All three bedrooms are located on the lower level of the home, offering a perfect retreat whenever a little alone-time is needed. The Primary King Suite features a large attached ensuite bathroom with jetted tub. The King bedroom also has an attached "Jack & Jill" style bathroom which opens to the hallway. The bunk room is a great space for kids, featuring two Twin/Full bunk beds with additional Twin trundle. A Queen EZ bed is also available for guest use in the main level living area.
