It just doesn't get any better than this! Brand new ground-level walkout ranch on the Fraser river. We are the largest and only custom 'suite' in the complex. Modern 100% custom 1600 sq. ft. condo decked out with hand-scraped hickory floors, concrete counter tops, oiled rubbed bronze fixtures and stainless appliances. Never run out of hot water with our high end instant heat boiler. Radiant heat for total indoor comfort. Plenty of room for two families with all the modern amenities. Three bedroom, two bath sleeps 8-10. At the base of the Winter Park Ski Resort... walk to the lifts and village. Or take the 30 second free shuttle ride to the resort that picks you up right out front. Lightly used community hot tub & sauna literally steps away. Park right at the back door! Hop on the Fraser river trail a half block away and enjoy the scenery on the gorgeous two mile paved path to downtown. In the winter take the free shuttle that picks up right out front and go to dinner, the new Fraser rec center or just about anywhere else.

Sleeping Arrangements: Sleeps 8-10 guests comfortably. New King bed in master bedroom with full bath. New queen bed in 2nd bedroom. Full over full bunk in 3rd Bedroom with additional twin loft bed and twin trundle (4 beds in bunk room). Deluxe Flexsteel air-mat sleeper sofa in family room.

About Paul

Born and raised in Longmont Colorado, we call Fort Collins home now. Graduated from CSU in 2000, married hometown neighborhood sweetheart in 2002 and have three well behaved 'energized' boys. Love fishing, golf, skiing and having fun in the Colorado mountains!

After looking 10 years for the perfect family mountain getaway, our dream home has just become a reality. We absolutely love being this close to the lifts and it was always our dream to live riverfront. Loved the 'Colorado Modern' motif and high end finish work. It's the perfect mix of a small private complex nestled in the trees with the convenience of being walking distance to the ski resort. It's the perfect all season Winter Park lodging destination!

What makes this condo unique

Beautiful views as you look out to the Fraser river. Walking distance to ski lifts, village, ski rental shops and Adolphs pub next door. At the head of the Fraser river trail that connects old town to downtown Winter park. Ground level unit with huge windows and sliding doors to soak in the views. Handicap accessible. Parking at your back door.

This is our 2nd time staying at Riverfront and the owner is very accessible and immediately took care of an issue with the oven. The beds are very comfortable which is rare in a rental .

Well appointed and Perfect location in Old Town

We loved this condo!

We traveled with one single, 1 couple and a family of 4 (2 adults, 1 baby, one toddler). It accommodated us all perfectly. Even though the host said there wasn't a pack and play for our baby, there ended up being a full crib in the bunk room (maybe he didn't know we planned to use for a bed). Would have been nice to know correct details when I asked since we brought a pack and play but it all worked out.

The condo is spread out long-ways, with the 3 bedrooms are all separated (one at each end and one in the middle, king bedroom). Very private (no shared walls) and good with us sharing the condo with a baby. The master bath opens to bedroom and the condo; the other bathroom is attached to the bunk room and opens to hallway. Basically, both bathrooms were shared to the condo but also ensuite to those two bedrooms. Also an awesome surprise.

Living room had seating for 6 adults and very comfy. Fireplace was great. Ground level access to the snow was great for the toddler to play in, then run back inside. Very large kitchen. There weren't too many extra items in the kitchen (spices, oils, etc), so I recommend stopping by to see what you need before heading to the store.

The Old Town ski rental place is right next door and bus stop is literally right outside the condo complex. It couldn't be a better location in Old Town. It hard to see the building address number at night but it is the tall building right beside the ski shop. We parked in the parking lot between our condo building and the ski shop. The condo is down a whole flight of stairs so def not handicap friendly but fine for everyone else.

The sauna is in common area but it is right outside the condo's door to that area so felt like it was just ours. Hot tub was clean and quiet. We never saw anyone else using it. Washer and dryer is also in common area and costs $1-$1.50 each. There was some detergent in condo, along with a sled, a couple games, fishing poles. There were plenty of towels and sheets, though extra sheets were in kitchen, so that was a little odd. We needed them for the crib.

Communication with Paul was great. Everything was very clean. Condo had one humidifier, no portable fans (we use for white noise). Bottom bed of bunk bed was very comfortable. Lots of small toiletries in case you forgot something.

We would absolutely stay in this condo again!

Great location! Missing some essentials

Fantastic location and access to WP ski resort. Layout of condo was a bit strange and lacked some essentials - salt, pepper, sponge for dishes, sugar, oil, and no mention that they do not have a coffee maker but only a keurig machine. Batteries went out on remote, Wi games all scratched and did not work at all (disappointed kids), several lights out and had to be replaced. We spent a lot of our vacation at the store replacing things in the condo that were broken or missing and shopping for some basic essentials. We did end up walking home from the resort on Friday after waiting 30 min for bus (bus did not run on regular schedule). Hot tub was clean, did not use sauna. Grill worked well, but there were signs that forbid you from going outside - bit frustrating since we had 2 dogs that needed to go out regularly. Overall, OK, but would not come back.

Owner's Response: Thanks again for staying and the constructive feedback. We really appreciate the feedback as it helps us address items for future guests. I'm very sorry, it sounds like you did not locate the cabinet where we keep all the cooking essentials for guests... it's to the left of the stove. (things we typically have here are sugar, salt & pepper. cooking oil, ect. ) We just replaced our older coffee maker when it broke with a nice new Keurig coffee maker. The Keurig works better for traveling guests and has more capabilities than an old traditional coffee maker. I was actually just at the unit before your arrival and had the unit in great working order. I wish you would have reached out to me about the bus schedule from the resort. During peak skiing you want to catch the green bus line that does a continuous loop between old town and Winter Park resort. (sounds like you were in the wrong line)

Very nice condo,good location but check-out early and rushed

House was very nice with plenty of room. However, I felt someone should have come in before we got there and spruced up a little. There were spider webs hanging on pot filler over the stove and around the fireplace. Also the kitchen and bathroom counters needed wiping. We did enjoy our stay. It was very relaxing. It would have been nice to have a later check- out, since combined with the late check-in, you actually lose a whole day of skiing.

Great location, spacious, pet friendly, updated and well maintained

We spent 4 nights in this comfortable, spacious, beautiful condo. Two of our children and their spouses and our 7 month old grandson joined us. The bedrooms are spread out for privacy. The kitchen is large and well stocked. One bathroom has a heated floor and both are large. Great gas fireplace and TV in the spacious living room. The location is close to the slopes, on the bus line, with ski rentals right next door. We did not use the hot tub or sauna but both are very convenient. The scenery is beautiful and lots of good restaurants in town not far away, as well as a fantastic new grocery store. We had a wonderful family time and look forward to returning again.
