This pretty cottage is located a few steps from the center of Camaiore. The location is excellent to easily reach the most important beaches and tourist destinations in the area. On the ground floor the house consists of a lounge with dining area, wood stove and TV, and a small kitchen. The upper floor consists of a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a bathroom with shower. The rooms give access to a large balcony. At the back of the house you have a beautiful terrace furnished with garden furniture, perfect for dining and relaxing. This includes energy consumption for water, electricity and gas, internet connection and final cleaning. In winter, where necessary, heating consumption is calculated and charged. The deposit to be given on arrival is Euro 150.00 in cash.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit

Leider gibt es viele Tiere direkt nebenan die viel Krach machen: ab 3.00 Uhr morgens der Hahn - der ununterbrochen kräht, der Hund, oder es wirddie Wiese gemäht. Aber die Vetmieter sind sehr nett. Es ist halt in einer aktiven Landwirtschaftlu hen Umgebung in der gearbeitet wird.
