Rolling Hills at Formosa Gardens holiday lettings

Property looked superb on the VRBO website but in reality it is so much better than we could dream of. Michel & Manon were great throughout the booking process being very flexible with our booking as we had to wait for our flight bookings to become available. The villa has everything you need and so much more so ask as it is likely it is there to save you packing it.Thank you for a superb stay at your property and all the very best for the future.If we come back we would definitely stay here again it’s so close to the parks and everything else you need.

Everything thought of to entertain the kids.Lots of equipment in kitchen and plenty of towels which was great. Although attention to detail of cleaning could be better when it comes to dusting especially in bedrooms.Family member also found live Cockroach in cutlery draw which was very off putting and mouse droppings in games room but it is a converted garage so hard to complete seal I suppose.Overall a good stay.

We had a great 2 weeks at the house, great location and lots of space. Amazing beds - soooo comfy!

We loved the house, it was themed throughout and the children immediately were entranced, which was perfect at the end of a long journey. We had a disabled member of the group, and the layout of the ground floor was very easy for her to move around, the theatre room being on the ground floor meant she could easily access this with the rest of her family. Jana Lynn had thought of everything we could have needed, and this was much appreciated. The situation of the villa, in a quiet cut de sac, was ideal- it was always peaceful, local people were friendly and although we were arriving just after hurricane Milton had stormed through, everything was being tidied up quickly and with no disruption. We enjoyed Halloween night within the neighbourhood, had lots of interaction with local residents and that was lovely. We ended up not going to the parks as much as we thought we would, the house gave us everything we needed. One of our children turned three years old while there, we had a lovely family day involving lots of dressing up, and she fell in love with a little mermaid costume which we can't find to buy anywhere, but we will keep looking ! Our last day was a bit frantic as we had our flight cancelled just as we were leaving the villa, so I hope that we managed to return everything to its proper place, in retrospect we should have taken lots of photos when we arrived so we could make sure everything was back where it belonged! This is a lovely villa, really clean and everything provided. The beds and pillows are very comfortable, sofas comfortable too and good poolside seating. Josh and Jess are quick to reapond to any queries and are a pleasure to deal with. We’d recommend this villa and hope to stay here again :-)

We had a fabulous stay. The villa was by far the cleanest place we have stayed at in Florida (we have a few to compare with). You could tell it had been cleaned with care and time. The bedding and towels were all clean and well laid out, the floors spotless. Even areas you would expect dust to settle eg shelves seemed to be clean. The villa was equipped with everything you could need - in the kitchen as well as everywhere else eg spare bulbs and even batteries. Felt like the owners really want to ensure nothing is missing. Whilst the bedrooms, decor, games room and furnishings were not new ie a little dated, it really didn’t matter - everything was comfy and totally suited our needs. Air conditioning worked well for our visit. Pool was lovely - although a little chilly in the morning but fine by the afternoon once the heating kicked in. Also the best communications - Reece was always quick to respond and really helpful. Great location for Disney and surrounding area as well as for supermarkets and restaurants / shops, Overall we can’t fault this property and would not hesitate to stay here again (in fact if we are lucky enough to return any time soon, we would be really disappointed if we couldn’t stay here!).

We’ve just returned from a fantastic 10 night stay at this wonderful villa. Josh was a brilliant host, we had a small problem on arrival (our fault) and he was instantly available to support us. In addition, he was accommodating for our request which we were extremely grateful for. Our young children loved their themed bedrooms and getting into the pool on return from Disney. The property was the perfect size for us. Just to reiterate the other reviews in that the location was fantastic . 15 mins from door to Disney car park was ideal, plus loads of food options nearby along with a huge Walmart. Our family would not hesitate to book to stay here again in the future.

Lovely homely touches were much appreciated. Our daughter LOVED the beautiful Frozen bedroom. Brilliant games room! Super comfortable beds. Plenty of towels. Everything you would need in the kitchen is supplied. Massage chair was amazing! Thank you very much for a wonderful stay.
