Villa Le Facezie is one of these places, an early 20th century Liberty-style building which was totally renovated in 2018, with great passion and attention to detail, in order to rediscover the authentic beauty of a Tuscan villa
Villa Le Facezie can be rented exclusively to a couple, a family or a single group, to fully enjoy the entire location.
Renting the entire Villa Le Facezie is the best way to spend a holiday in Tuscany in complete privacy with the chance to live the Villa, the Garden, the new swimming pool, the jacuzzi and all the internal and external spaces of the B&B, included the large private kitchen.
Inside Villa le Facezie you will find 4 bedrooms, all with A/C, private bathroom and furnished with antiques, adding to the experience of a charming holiday in Tuscany. The building was completely renovated in 2018 with attention and passion for vintage details. The numerous frescos and Liberty stuccos which decorate the rooms have all been restored to their original splendor.
The Villa is surrounded by a large aromatic garden, reserved for guests, with a new swimming pool, a big veranda and solarium and jacuzzi area. This is a place of peace and relax, where you can read a book, stroll among the plants and taste local wines and food.
The person who chooses Villa Le Facezie for their stay is a lover of Tuscany and the pleasant atmosphere that can be felt in this region. Ideal for families and couples, to stay just for a weekend or for a longer holiday.
The price changes according to the number of guests and of the bedrooms used.

The change of linen is midweek. Daily or midweek cleaning on requested (extra service)


In case of 6 guests. the rate includes the use of 3 of the 4 bedrooms with private bathroom, of your choice. 4th room will be closed and there will be no other guests in the Villa. The rest of the Villa (kitchen, veranda, garden, swimming pool…) will be at your complete disposal.
In case of special needs, we are available to evaluate the best solution.
The use of additional rooms to those included in the rate must be reported when booking and may involve additional costs.


Villa le Facezie is personally managed by the owners of the Villa, who live in the Villa, in a separated apartment.

There are no spaces shared with guests, except for the main entrance gate and the path leading to the garden

Villa Le Facezie is located in the old centre of Terranuova Bracciolini, in the heart of the 'real' Tuscany, between Florence and Chianti.

Just outside the Villa you can find the most important services: market, pharmacy, restaurants and bars.

The Villa is located at a strategic point in the region which is perfect for exploring all of Tuscany. Its proximity to the motorway allows you to easily reach cities such as Florence, Siena, Arezzo, San Gimignano, Cortona, Val d'Orcia and many others.

The places surrounding the villa are rich in history and new experiences to try, not only in the form of cities of art and ancient villages, but also gorgeous wine cellars, vineyards and olive groves as far as the eye can see. The surrounding area includes Chianti, the Valdarno, the Rapolano baths, as well as the Romanesque churches of the Setteponti road, the Balze and the natural oasis' of Bandella.
