A beautiful upmarket apartment in a quiet building. We really enjoyed our stay here. There are many excellent restaurants nearby and a supermarket opposite. It is close to the waterfront and walkable to the old town. Highly recommended.

Nice alors!

The property is in an exceptional location and has excellent bathrooms and a charming kitchen. This is a spacious apartment well situated opposite a supermarket, is close to the beach and high end shopping area. The only constructive criticism I could give would be to modernise the lounge room furniture. Otherwise, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

La taille du logement, son emplacement, sa conformité à la description, le professionnalisme de l'agence Le 5eme couchage. Il serait bon de mettre un "vrai" canapé lit dans le salon.

Concernant le 5ᵉ couchage, nous comprenons tout à fait votre remarque. Le logement est bien prévu pour 5 personnes, le canapé offrant un couchage une place, comme indiqué dans l’annonce et visible sur les photos afin que chacun puisse réserver en toute transparence. Merci encore pour votre retour et au plaisir de vous accueillir de nouveau

Appartement fantastique

Appartement très grand, très propre et vraiment bien équipé. Très bien isolé, on n’entend pas les bruits de la rue ni ceux des voisins. Il correspond en tout point à l’annonce. L’épicerie se trouve juste en face, de l’autre côté de la rue, et la gare SNCF est à 12 minutes à pied. Le quartier est sécuritaire. Il y a beaucoup de restaurants dans les environs. La promenade des Anglais est à une dizaine de minutes de marche et tout peut se faire facilement à pied. Je recommande cet appartement sans aucune hésitation.

Apparemment de rêve pour séjour idéal.

Magnifique appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Idéalement situé pour se déplacer à pied durant votre séjour. Il est très bien équipé et, très important les commerces sont tous accessibles aisément. Un endroit idéal pour un séjour idéal. Nous le recommandons fortement.

Le Joffre Grimaldi is an upmarket apartment conveniently located in Nice. It is close to the waterfront and has many excellent restaurants nearby. An added bonus is a Supermarket directly opposite. We stayed in the apartment for a week and enjoyed ourselves immensely.
