The Villa is located in a dominant position over the picturesque town of Calci (reachable in less than 5 minutes on foot), surrounded by the centuries-old olive trees of our farm. The Villa is completely independent, all rooms have a private bathroom, there is a large kitchen and a beautiful living room with fireplace, as well as a large garden and a private, panoramic swimming pool. THE POOL IS OPEN FROM MIDDLE OF MAY TO THE LAST SATURDAY OF SEPTEMBER. THE POOL IS FOR THE EXCLUSIVE USE OF THE GUESTS OF THE HOUSE AND USE IS NOT ALLOWED BY OTHER PEOPLE OUTSIDE THOSE STAYING IN THE HOUSE. The wi-fi is free. Pisa can be reached in about 10 minutes. Lucca in about 20 min. Florence in about 50 min. 2 km away is the Certosa di Calci, where you can visit the Natural History Museum and the beautiful interiors of the convent. IN THE MONTHS OF JULY AND AUGUST WE RENT ONLY FOR WEEKLY OR MULTIPLE WEEK PERIODS FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY. FREE WI-FI

Amazing location

We had a fantastic time at the Villa Lemone and really enjoyed the beautiful location within the Olive Trees and lush meadow like surroundings. The facilities were first class and Tommaso could not have been more welcoming and helpful. The views are stunning and the facility’s and pool were perfect. The location was ideal and provided great locate restaurants, cafes and shops as well as access to Florence, Pisa and many other areas. Great family holiday

Very nice house and accommodation

We had a very nice and relaxed holiday in Villa Limone. The villa has a fantastic location, next to the shops, but on your own property. The highlights of Tuscany are all within a good reach. ommaso, the owner, was very friendly en the communication was excellent, quick response if nescessary and he gave usefull tips for shops, restaurants and the neighbourhood. We can reccomend this place en we will be back some time.

Lovely house

We had a great time in Calci and the area. Great sights. The house was lovely and everything needed was there. Everything clean and well organized. Great pool and really special to be sourrounded by all the olive trees. Even had the chance to witness the olive harvest and Tommaso also showed us the production of the olive oil. Great experience, thank you very much again. Tommaso also supported with tips for shopping and local restaurants. Overall we had great time 😃

Beautiful villa

We loved our week here, great to have 3 en suite bedrooms. The pool was fabulous! Our only quibble was the wasps due to all the trees - every meal time spent outside was spoilt by lots of wasps. We ended up eating inside, which is not what we wanted whilst on holiday. Tommaso was excellent when we informed him of the problem but sadly there wasn’t much he could do as he couldn’t find the nest.

Sunnyside with a wonderfull view

Good advice from Tommasso, you have to take them! Short way to Lucca and a Kind Place to visit the market and the Restaurants in Calci. But at the end of every day it was the greatest Moment to ist o. The terasse or Jump in the Pool of Villa Limone. Thank you very much Tommasso that we could be your guests!

As four able-bodied adults, Villa Limone worked out really well for us. The cottage is in an elevated peaceful location on the edge of a great little town, which has plenty of eateries and shops within walking distance. The final 100m drive up to the villa is tricky for the uninitiated, so we were glad not to have a car! The highlight of the villa is the large private well-maintained pool with a wonderful view, plus well-functioning air con. The wifi glitched a bit, but this was outside the owner’s control - Tommaso was very responsive to any queries we had and we were very grateful for his help with our luggage on the final day! The kitchen/living/dining area would probably be small for more than four people and the furniture/light fittings etc were a little tired, but this didn’t bother us, we had a great time at Villa Limone. Grazie Tommaso!

Relaxing stay at Villa Limone

We had a great stay at Tommaso's Villa Limone. Communication was easy and reliable. Especially the pool was amazing! We spent a lot of time there to relax. It was huge with clear water and beautiful garden surroundings. The properly lays right within an olive tree field. So romantic! The view was awesome! The outdoor sitting area was a bit plain, unfortunately, with quite uncomfortable chairs. That might be an area to improve. The inner house is as shown in the pictures and good for sleeping in. We were missing quite a few things in the kitchen though, so come with a stocked car. Overall we had a great stay! Would recommend! Thanks Tommaso

Uncomfortable seating

The drive up to this villa through the olive groves could have been lovely but the poor repair of the track once inside the property made it a very unpleasant chore to go out in the car. The seating on the verandah and inside the house were quite uncomfortable and there were only four seats in the lounge so two people had to sit on dining chairs in the evenings. We were unfortunate in that the olive groves were being strimmed during our second week from 7 am til around 4.30 each day which made our time by the pool anything but relaxing! Tomasso, however, was a charming host and very helpful on our arrival and departure. We certainly wouldn't stay here again.

Super séjour à Calci

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Pise , Lucques. La maison est bien située pour descendre au village à pied et manger des pizzas et des glaces. Heel vriendelijke gastheer. Zwembad heel netjes en groot, dicht bij het huis. Het huisje had alles wat het moest hebben voor een weekje vakantie. Mooi uitzicht, heel rustige omgeving. Je bent snel in het dorp Calci waar je alles vindt wat je nodig hebt: bakker restaurants, pizzeria, gellateria, een warenhuis.

Haus im Olivenhain mit schönem privatem Pool

Das Haus hat einen großen Pool und von der Terrasse einen schönen Blick über die Dächer des Orts. Tommaso war sehr nett, immer erreichbar und hatte viele wertvolle Tipps für uns - von Schwimmgelegenheit (See) für den Hund bis zu guten und authentischen Restaurants. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber was man braucht. Durch die Nähe am Dorf hört man die Kirchenglocken oder mal etwas Musik von einem Dorffest, aber vor allem die Zikaden in den Olivenbäumen ;-) Ansonsten hat man genug Abstand zu den Nachbarn und sieht die anderen Häuser praktisch nicht. Der Pool ist schön groß, so dass man gut schwimmen kann. Wir waren in einer Hitzewelle dort und sehr froh über die Airco, denn so konnten wir trotz großer Hitze schlafen. Wir haben sie sparsam benutzt - nur in den Schlafzimmern nachts - trotzdem mussten wir ca 75€ pro Woche zusätzlich zahlen. Das fand ich viel und sollte man wissen. Sonnenpanele wären sicher nicht schlecht. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen sehr schönen und erholsamen Aufenthalt.

Tolles Haus versteckt im Olivenhain

Wir hatten eine wirklich schöne Zeit in der Villa Limone. Das Haus liegt, neben weiteren Häusern des Agriturismo La Pieve, mitten in einem sehr grossen Olivenhain. Im Haus selbst ist Alles für den täglichen Bedarf vorhanden. Herverzuheben ist, dass jedes Schlafzimmer ein eigenes Bad hat und alle Räume klimatisierbar sind (im Hochsommer wirklich Gold wert). Das Highlight des Hauses ist sicher der grosse, gut geschützt liegende Pool, an dem man problemlos den ganzen Tag verbringen und die Seele baumeln lassen kann. Von hier aus, und auch von der Terasse des Hauses,, hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf den kleinen Ort Calci. Hier findet man Alles, was man für den täglichen Bedarf benötigt. Restaurants in und um Calci, in denen man das leckere italienische Essen geniessen kann, gibt es zur Genüge. Pisa, Lucca und Florenz sind sehr gut erreichbar, so dass auch das Kulturelle oder die ein oder andere Shoppingtour nicht zu kurz kommt. Tommaso- vielen Dank für die jederzeit gute Betreuung! Wir haben uns alle - auch unser Toffee- sehr wohl gefühlt (er vermisst das Jagen der Eidechsen ;-) !

Schön gelegene ruhige Anlage

Wunderschöne Anlage mit tollem Blick und herrlich ruhig gelegen. Toller Pool zur alleinigen Nutzung. Abends kamen die Glühwürmchen aus dem Olivenhain, sehr idyllisch! Wir hatten eine sehr entspannte Zeit und haben den Aufenthalt genossen, kommen gerne wieder.

Top Unterkunft, private Lage, toller Pool

Schönes Haus mit 3 Schlafzimmern mit jeweils eigenem Bad und Klimaanlage inmitten eines Olivenhains. Alle nötigen Einrichtungsgegenstände in der Küche sind vorhanden. Grosser Kühlschrank mit separatem kleinen Gefrierschrank. Hervorzuheben ist der grosse Pool, den man ganz alleine nutzen darf und der kaum einsehbar ist. Das nächste Haus ist ca. 100 m entfernt. Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf das Dorf Calci. Tommaso als Vermieter ist super nett, immer erreichbar und gibt einem viele Tipps für Restaurants ect. Alle im Ort besuchten Restaurants haben uns nicht enttäuscht. Tolle Gerichte zu guten Preisen. Wir können den Aufenthalt hier zu 100% empfehlen.

Wonderful Location.

Der Ausblick und der Pool sind toll, die Lage perfekt, um Pisa, Florenz und Lucca zu besichtigen und trotzdem schön zu wohnen. Der Ort Calci hat alles, was man braucht. Tommaso gibt einem viele hilfreiche Tipps (wie man zB mit dem Zug nach Florenz kommt, Pizzeria, Restaurant etc). Das Haus selbst ist in etwas heruntergekommen Zustand und nicht besonders sauber gewesen bei Ankunft. Nicht dramatisch, aber bei dem Preis hätten wir eine andere Ausstattung und Sauberkeit erwartet. Trotzdem: Es war einfach traumhaft, die Aussicht von der Terrasse zu genießen, im großen Pool zu schwimmen oder abends die vielen Glühwürmchen im Olivenhain zu beobachten.

Leben im Olivenhaine - bella Italia

Mitten in einem Olivenwald liegt das Haus etwas oberhalb von Calci. Man ist aber innerhalb von wenigen Minuten im Ort. Das Haus ist etwas rustikaler gestaltet und mit allem ausgestattet, was für einen erholsamen Urlaub notwendig ist. Jedes Zimmer ist klimatisierbar und jedes Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein eigenes Bad. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der ca 20m neben dem Haus liegt. Uneinsehbar und mit Blick in die Olivenbäume und über Calci kann man hier die Zeit genießen und auf den bequemen Liegen entspannen. Der Ort Calci verfügt über tolle Restaurants und lokale Geschäfte, wo man alles erhalten kann, was das kulinarische Herz begehrt. Der Vermieter war top und jederzeit hilfsbereit und hatte immer einen Tipp für Ausflüge oder Restaurants parat.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir hatten tolle 2 Wochen in dem schönen Haus mit dem tollen großen Pool. Das Haus liegt in einem Olivenhain oberhalb eines kleinen Dorfes, in dem es mehrere Restaurants, Cafés und Geschäfte gibt. Die Ausstattung des Hauses lässt keine Wünsche offen. Es gibt sogar eine Spülmaschine, eine Waschmaschine und Klimaanlagen. Der Strand oder die Städte Pisa und Lucca sind schnell und gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, immer erreichbar, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich. Uneingeschränkte Empfehlung von uns!

Relaxen en genieten van de streek

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf in Calci! Wat een prachtig zwembad, lekker warm water en met bloeiende oleanders langs de ene kant, en het zicht op de olijfbomen en Calci langs de andere kant. Zowel het huis als het zwembad worden perfect weergegeven op de foto's. De nabijheid van Calci was zeer leuk - eventjes naar het dorp voor boodschappen, de bakker of de pizzeria zonder je auto te moeten nemen, is echt aangenaam! Tommaso was steeds bereikbaar en hij heeft ons veel goede tips gegeven. Natuurlijk moet je Pisa en Lucca gaan bezoeken, maar als je houdt van een pittige wandeling, dan is het Fortezza della Verruca een echte aanrader!

tolle Ferien

Das Haus ist sehr schön gelegen mit einer tollen Aussicht. Der Pool ist eine 10 von 10. Es stand genügend Frottierwäsche zur Verfügung und alles war tip top sauber im Haus. Das Dorf Calci bietet Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Apotheken und eine super gute Gelateria. In 10 Minuten Autofahrt erreicht man auch ein grösseres Shoppingcenter und in rund 30 Minuten ist man mitten in Pisa. Der Vermieter Tommaso ist total unkompliziert und es lohnt sich, seine Ausflugtipps zu befolgen.

Der Pool ist großartig

Der Pool ist großartig, ein zweiter Sonnenschirm wäre perfekt. Betten super bequem. Jedes Zimmer sein eigenes Bad auch super, nur die Duschstange brauchte ne Wartung( Hält den Duschkopf nicht oben). Küche, Wohn- und Essbereich etwas klein, reicht aber im Sommer zum Essen bereiten, da man eh nur draußen sitzt. Der Kühlschrank schließt nicht richtig und Schüsseln zum servieren könnten auch mehr als eine vorhanden sein! Aber sonst Top! Haben uns Wohl gefühlt! Danke !

Entspannter Familienurlaub

Toller, sauberer Pool mitten im Olivenberg mit Blick auf den Ort Calci und die Kirche. Man ist auf dem Grundstück für sich allein (nächstes Haus ca. 200 m), aber nicht isoliert, sondern in 5 Minuten zu Fuß im Ort, der nicht sehr touristisch ist - ein paar nette Restaurants, Bäckerei, Eisdiele etc. Tommaso ist ein sehr netter Vermieter - alles gut organisiert, und immer per WhatsApp verfügbar mit Restaurant-Tips für Pisa etc.
