This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom unit is the largest two bedroom floor plan in WaterColor and boasts gorgeous views of the gulf and surrounding WaterColor community as well as superb accommodations for up to six guests comfortably. On the main floor you will find an open kitchen, living and dining area that will make entertaining a breeze. Prepare your favorite meal in the fully equipped kitchen or relax in the living room which offers plush, new decor, a flat screen TV and features french doors that lead out to the spacious balcony with dazzling views of the Gulf of Mexico. As you make your way upstairs you will find the master bedroom and guest bedroom, each completed with their own private bathroom. Explore WaterColor's winding paths and the surrounding 30A area on the two bikes provided. Great condo. Loved the location and convenience offered by the Water Color community. Parking was close and easy. Only issue with the condo was the very poor TV reception, lack of access to standard cable channels, very difficult to navigate the channel applications and options. This needs to be addressed before we would stay there again.

Home away from Home

We stayed at this property twice in the last month. It is perfect for our family of 4. Close to the beach club, restaurants and shopping. Also an easy walk to Seaside. There is some construction going on in shops below but it is worth it for the convenience of location. We look forward to coming back in the summer!

Found this great location gem several weeks before our last-minute trip to Watercolor. The location can't be beaten, overlooking the Beach Club, Beach Happy Cafe, and local shops/boutiques. Fairly quick walk to Seaside and 2 bikes were available for use. Definitely get a golf cart, as Uber/Lyft can be hard to come by in the area. Our condo fit 6 guests comfortably, and we had plenty of room. Great 5-day stay!!

Great Location

Condo is a little dated, but great location. You have to wedge the oven door shut to use it, they washer is extremely loud, and the tv is old and barely usable. You really can’t beat the location though- especially to the beach club. The rest of the condo was in great condition- just in need of a bit of repairs. Would stay again.

Mid-December Getaway

We loved our stay! This was our first time in the area in December (our other travels here have been in the summer) and it was a totally different experience from other visits. The area was like a ghost-town and so quiet. This made it really easy to get around and there were no lines at any restaurants. The beach was empty and we had it all to ourselves. It was very restful. The condo was beautiful and worked perfectly. There was only a single trash bag, no extra toilet paper and no dishwasher soap, so be prepared. Another wonderful experience on 30-A.

The condo itself is very nice. It's close to everything, including the Watercolor Beach Club as well as central to Seaside and Grayton Beach. Beds were comfortable and it has two great balconies, one with an ocean view. Only negatives are the Watercolor Beach Club pool which is shown in the property photo is under construction and was not available and won't be available until next year. This was not on the listing when we booked. They did note when I asked that there are no bikes included with the property. When we went to rent bikes they seemed shocked considering most properties have at least two bikes included. Other than that, it was great.

The condo is very worn! Very poor communication

The condo interior needs to be repainted, it looks very worn. 2 holes in the ceiling of den, broken furniture and stained carpet. The washing machine is so loud that it can not be run while you are inside the condo. We had 2 communication issues. We were. not told where the bikes where outside the condo. I left a voicemail and sent an email, but did not hear back until the next day. There were bikes everywhere so there was no way to tell which bikes went with what condo. One afternoon we heard a knock on the door. It was a man saying he was there to replace a bathroom sink in the 2nd bedroom. We had never been told there was a problem with the sink or that anyone was coming to replace it. We received a text after he was already there that he was coming. I had 2 children taking afternoon naps. Last thing you want on vacation is someone in your rental with you especially during nap time!!

Perfect for a Family trip to Watercolor

There is so much to love about this place. You’re literally above a coffee shop which was so convenient for mornings. It is such a short walk to the beach access, the Beach Club pools ( with full bar and restaurant), and Fish Out of Water restaurant. You’re also super close to Seaside. The bedrooms are huge, and feels so much larger than just a 2 bedroom property. It was really perfect for our family. We are already trying to plan another trip to stay at this same property. I felt very comfortable having my 1 year old and 3 year old there.
