Salobre Las Terrazas 11 is a holiday home with an easy and welcoming design: two storeys, a terrace with landscape views, a private pool and just the right amount of space to enjoy south Gran Canaria at your own pace.



The house is located in the Las Terrazas complex, within Salobre Golf Resort. On the resort map, this area appears near the hotel zone and between La Isla and Los Lagos, in a part of Salobre where the golf landscape, mountain views and residential architecture make up the surroundings.



With 115 m² of living space on a 260 m² plot, the house can accommodate 4 adults and 1 child up to 2 years old in a cot. It works well for a small family, two couples or guests looking for a comfortable home with their own outdoor space.



The design is simple and practical. On the upper floor, there is 1 bedroom with two single beds and 1 bathroom with bathtub. On the ground floor, there is another bedroom with two single beds, 1 bathroom with shower and a living room and dining room with kitchen, ideal for cooking at home, sharing meals or returning after a day at the beach, on the golf course or around Maspalomas.



The outdoor area is one of the most pleasant spaces in the house: terrace, garden, outdoor dining area, sun loungers, parasol, parking and a private 5 x 3 metre pool. A simple and pleasant setting for morning sun, time by the water or outdoor dinners.



Inside, the house includes unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with cooling and heating, satellite television, washing machine, dishwasher, safe, utility room, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, Nespresso coffee maker, toaster, iron, ironing board, cot and high chair.



Electric pool heating is available for an additional cost and can reach approximately 24–26 °C. Charcoal barbecue is also available for an additional cost.



Your booking includes bed linen, towels, final cleaning and mid-stay cleaning with bed linen change for stays of more than 9 nights.

Smoking is not permitted except in outdoor areas.
