Holiday 30A at Magnolia Cottages

Holiday 30A at Magnolia Cottages by the Sea, a small, quiet, and quaint neighborhood, is the perfect 30A getaway, especially with its location in the neighborhood. A spacious, custom 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, nice situated on the property for privacy and no home on one side. Relaxing from the moment you enter.



Ample parking for 2 cars and another small car or golf cart. There is a deeded beach access directly in front of the neighborhood. The pool is between the beach and the home; convenient with bathrooms. Take the bikes to the close shops & restaurants: 1M to Alys Beach, 1M to The Big Chill and 2 miles to Rosemary Beach. Only 6 miles to Seagrove/Seaside.

The pool was renovated two yrs ago and is located about midway between the home & beach. which is about two min walk.

Golf Carts



There is a small amount of golf cart parking the front of the neighborhood between Morgan Ln & the Waterhouse condos. A golf cart to the beach is not really necessary to the beach, it's only about three hundred yards.



Beach Access & Service



In order to sit near the access, you must rent a "beach setup", consisting of 2 chairs and an umbrella. For beach chair rental call 904-708-1859 and ask for Shawn or Blain. You can bring some of the beach chairs in the shed with you for additional seating as well.



There is another small public beach access at Mistral just a one to two min walk to the west with a bike rack and you do not have to rent at this location. It also tends to be less crowded.

It was a great labor day weekend with friends. Each couple having their own room and bathroom was clutch. The kitchen was full of all the items wet needed to be able to cook dinner one night. The location was great and very quiet. Hope to book it again next year if we're able to make it back

Amazing stay

The property was amazing, it was in a very safe neighborhood close to the pool and to the beach. The house had all the amenities you needed it even included bikes and beach chairs, and a beach wagon. I would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful Stay

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at the Magnolia Cottage. The location was convenient to the beach, the pool, and not far from a Publix and anything else we needed. Communication with the owner was fantastic and the home is well appointed with plenty of towels, beach chairs, bikes, and some beach toys for the kids. We used the kitchen to cook frequently and found it to have everything we needed. Thereā€™s a great coffee/wine/pizza bar a short walk away that we found to be a convenient stop. We had a great week and would definitely recommend this home to anyone considering staying in the area.

Excellent stay!

Very peaceful and private location. Back porch/yard is fantastic and cooked out on grill provided. Walked to beach and pool each day, leveraging beach equipment and supplies which were all made available to us, including 4 bikes! Definitely will visit again in the future.

Great location! Great property!

The property was so perfect. We had two adult sisters and our teenage daughters for a special spring break. The condo was so cute, clean, quiet and welcoming. We all felt comfortable, slept great and created so many great memories. The property was also in a perfect location to the pool and beach and was priced vey reasonably. The bikes and beach chairs were also such a nice bonus. We hope to go back!

Amazing!!

Everything about our stay here was wonderful! Came here for a few days with family. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and the location was perfect. We loved using the bikes to get around! Communication was excellent and the house itself was exactly as described, clean, and comfortable. Felt very secluded but was close to everything we wanted to explore. Would definitely recommend and we hope to be back soon!

Great House with plenty of space for family!

Great looking house with plenty of space for both of our families. Pool and Beach are a little walk but worth it based off having your own spacious house. Has Shed with plenty of space to put any sand equipment and equipment for use for the whole family. We would definitely book again!

We all loved this cottage

We had a great long weekend stay at this home. Our group of 6 (2 adults, 2 teens and 2 10 year olds) had plenty of room to spread out and all enjoyed the space. The kitchen and entire house were clean and well stocked and we loved that there were bikes and beach toys provided. The beach is an easy 7-10 min walk, but we preferred to ride our bikes over for a really quick trip. We also rode our bikes over to the Big Chill for ice cream, lunch and a little shopping. Would definitely stay here again.

A Gem

My family stayed five days for my 60th birthday. The pictures for this house did not do any justice. This place is absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay again. The house is beautifully decorated, well stocked with all you need and meticulously clean. My husbandā€™s fav was the screened back porch. The beach and pool access are near by and the shed with all the accessories were so helpful.

Private and Relaxing

This property had lots of space. Everyone having their own bathroom was a plus. We enjoyed grilling on the patio, reading on the screened in porch and sitting on the front porch. The kitchen was fully stocked. The only shortcoming was the more than a 1/4 mile walk to the beach and the 53 steps down to access the beach (and back up on the way home). That's a little far with a one year old. We quickly purged items we decided we're not a necessity to carry to the beach. The beach was beautiful!
