If you like to step out of your building and be near all the action, then this is the vacation rental for you! Popp's Place is located overlooking North Barrett Square above the iconic Rosemary Beach Trading Company.

The large corner balcony is perfect for an afternoon cocktail or a meal in the crisp ocean air. The loft features long hallways, tall ceilings, and an open living concept. Whether visiting for work or play, Popp's Place is a great spot to call home during your visit to the beach.

The guest suite offers a queen bed and flat screen television. The shared hallway bath is just around the corner and features a tiled shower/tub combo. The master suite has an inviting King bed and private master bath. The master suite also has a flat screen television. The walk-in shower is beautifully tiled with a built-in seat, the tub has relaxing jacuzzi settings. A bonus sleeping space offers a set of bunk beds, full over full.

In the fully equipped kitchen, there are stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar with seating for 3. The dining room and living room are open to each other with views of Barrett Square and East Long Green Park. The dining table seats six. During down time, watch a movie on the large flat screen TV or take a nap in the sunlight on the couch. Feeling like a little music? Turn on the Sonos System and play music right from your phone. The living room features a Harmony Elite Smart Remote to control all media settings in one easy-to-use remote.

Popp's Place includes 2 adult rental bikes complimentary with every stay along with complimentary access to Rosemary Beach Fitness & Tennis. Access to Rosemary Beach's four distinct community pools and private beach access.

**This property requires a 4 night minimum stay during spring break and summer and a 2 night minimum stay during shoulder season.

Convenient Condo

Pops place is a very nice 3 bedroom condo that is located in the heart of Rosemary. We loved that it came with ample space for our family of 5 including some games and throw blankets. The only downside was the noise factor outside that continued late into the night. We could easily hear the traffic on 30 A including some loud mufflers/pipes and people singing “Sweet Caroline” outside our windows at 12 AM. I know that pops place is not responsible for the loudness outside, but did want to mention that. Other than that, we enjoyed the condo and how we could easily get to everything.

Fabulous property

We had the perfect stay. Great location, clean, and comfortable. We needed help with one minor maintenance item during our stay, and someone was there within 10 minutes of my call to handle it. Very pleased!

Stay at Popp’s place

Overall it was a decent place to stay. The apartment was clean, though kitchen was dated and living room was little tight. It has 3 bedrooms including one w bunk bed in a small/closet sized room. Location was central at Barrett square; however proximity towards 30A brought lots of noise especially in the morning. Management was very nice and prompt to help. Our dishwasher and internet wasn’t working they send someone right away.

Great spot for a quick getaway!

Spent a long weekend here with a couple of girlfriends. Pop's Place was well-equipped and was beautifully furnished, making our stay quite comfortable. The location right in the heart of Barrett Square was super convenient too...we rode bikes, shopped and dined at several of the spots close by. Would 100% book again!
