This beautiful Florida vacation home is located at Oak Island Harbor, part of the Formosa Gardens sub plots near Kissimmee and is one of the best possible locations for access to Orlando's famous theme parks and attractions. We are less than 5 miles from the Animal Kingdom gates!

Situated in a quiet, child friendly Cul-de-Sac, this stylishly furnished, well equipped 4 bedroom executive pool home provides a peaceful and relaxing setting, yet it's only 10 minutes drive from Disney World and some of the best restaurants and shops in the area.

The villa has a south west facing private heated pool with 140ft of lakefront, you'll come home in the evenings to see beautiful Florida sunsets that you can watch from the comfort of our pool deck, so you can put the kids to bed and chill out!

We have installed the very best Gold package TV and High Speed Internet packages for the latest films, US and UK sports and telephone calls can be made free within the US and Canada.

Pool Heating can be provided on request at an additional cost of $35 per day but is only recommended between October - April months only as it will not be needed outside of these months.

BBQ Grill can be hired from us at $95 per week.

Great villa

The villa is lovely, even better than we expected from the pictures and the location is brilliant for getting to Disney parks - you can’t get much closer in a villa. The owners were helpful with queries and quick to resolve a maintenance issue.

Outstanding Sunsets

This is our second stay at this property. We love the location. Perfect if you want to go to the parks but we love watching the sunsets from the pool area! We are planning to book again for next year!

Warm and relaxing

As a retired couple, we wanted a home where we could relax and enjoy the sunny warmth of Florida. As the pictures depicted, there are beautiful sunsets looking out over the lake. The neighborhood allows you to walk about safely even though it’s not a gated neighborhood. Because this home is in a cul-de-sac, it does provide a larger lot with additional privacy which we liked. Walmart and Target are both a five minute drive which makes it convenient. We have already booked again for next year.

Great communication with owners but the alarm code was not as advised. The first 5 minutes were very loud and stressful at the end of a long day travelling, hence 4 star review. Also, the pictures need updating as the upstairs bathroom has been updated, and is very nice but it no longer has a bath, which was a little disappointing for our daughter who loves a bath! However, the villa is in a great location and would be a 5 star review if we didn’t need to mention the points above.

Great Location, Lovely home as advertised

Lovely home, as advertised. Nice neighborhood, felt safe walking in the area; great view over the lake, and close to the areas we were interested in, Disney parks, Disney Springs. Grocery store and pharmacy close by. Near many major roads for easy access, yet far enough away for minimal traffic noise. Only complaint is house got too warm in the middle of the night during most nights, despite adjusting the thermostat. Might have had something to do with the cool weather outside so AC not running, turned fan to continous during the night for circulation, which helped some. Still, overall, was a nice place to stay!

Escape to tropical warmth

My husband and I stayed at this property for 3 weeks in February. We enjoyed our stay . Everything was as pictured. Sitting by the pool at sunset was gorgeous! The property was great for our daughter in law and grandchildren to join us. They had the entire upstairs( 3 bedrooms and a bath) to themselves. There are many restaurants nearby and if you are planning on a Disney trip it is very convenient.

We stayed in this villa for the first time 15 years ago and even had our honeymoon there. We have returned year after year with our children and extended family and fell in love with the house, location and amazing lake views. We became good friends with the previous owners and when they decided to sell the house we jumped at the opportunity to buy it.
