In response to Covid we clean the following between each check in: light switches, remotes, faucet handles, handles to dishwasher, lamp switches, door knobs, sheets (as always, along with comforters), grill knobs, and cabinet doors.
Responsible adults, age 25 and over, are able to book. Registered guests only.
Check in is from 3:00pm and afterwards, check out is 11:00 am SHARP. There is a $50 fee for late checkout.
Come escape the hustle and bustle of city life at Cabin 6 Retreat. We are a father/daughter team offering visitors a beautiful stay in the Hocking Hills area away from the typical tourist traffic. Cabin 6 Retreat is nestled among the hills featuring breathtaking views as well as the opportunity to watch deer nibble on corn that is scattered beneath the trees. This beautiful property boasts a star gazing deck with fire pit, 2 tiered deck with hot tub, grill, numerous bird feeders, all hickory flooring and cabinetry, new memory foam mattress and more. Cabin 6 Retreat offers one bedroom and sleeps 2. Full size refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, dishes, utensils, bedding, towels, toiletries, condiments, trash bags, foil, paper towels are all included. The only thing you need to bring is your own firewood. Use our telescope on the deck to view the stars at night as you unwind.
If you want to be near the Hocking Hills but not necessarily near all of the tourist traffic, this is definitely the place for you. Cabin 6 Retreat is 6 miles from Clearcreek Metro Park, 11 miles from Hocking Hills Flea Market, 9 miles from Cantwell Cliffs, and 22 miles from Old Man's cave.

This property is attached to the owner's home, but he has done a lot of work to give Cabin 6 Retreat its own space. A 500 ft. driveway was put in so that guests have their own access to the cabin without using the main dwelling's driveway. The homeowner typically stays at his other property.
We require a $200 refundable deposit. Deposit will NOT be refunded in the event of damages, unregistered guests, and smoking indoors.

Cabin 6 Retreat is owned by my dad, Mike. I'm Sara, his daughter, and I manage all of his online needs. My dad does not have a computer or internet and that's how he likes it!! He has done so much work to provide a nice, secluded stay so that visitors can see the beauty of the hills that he is lucky enough to see every day.
