This home was very clean, very comfortable, and very family friendly. I’ve never stayed at a house with so many kid-friendly ammenities. This home was perfect for our large family with kids ages 1-12!

This is the second time we stayed atThis beautiful and spacious home. A family of 14 ( both kids and adults) was a great fit. The kids love it there with the backyard, trampoline, fort etc. Communication with the host is superb and they are always eager to make the stay comfortable and enjoyable.

T his beautiful home has become our home in Fort Collins. We stay here when we come as long as it is open. It is perfectly outfitted to cook for and host family gatherings, and we all love it. My granddaughters think it is the best house ever!

A warm, spacious home, easy to escape to rooms and areas away when tired of family time together. Definitely recommended for quieter guests due to its location in an established neighborhood. We nine adults all commented how well this met our needs.

Fantastic house for a big group. Very nice deck to just sit out and relax on. A lot of toys and equipment for all ages of kids, from playpens to bikes. Close to the CSU campus and shopping areas. Very clean and well stocked.

Fantastic Family Vacation Place

We spent a lot of our time there playing croquet outside while grandkids played on trampoline or in the clubhouse. It was the most well stocked vrbo we had ever stayed at, from games and blankets to dishes and utensils, and then the appliances were top level too. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome family stay

We had a couple small families stay here together. The house was so great for kids with lots of toys and a great backyard and great for adults with a well stocked kitchen and lots of comfy places to gather and spend time. The host was amazing and the location is great. Nice quiet neighborhood, we enjoyed walking and having a park nearby.

Wonderful Stay

The home was lovely and perfectly suited our family gathering with 15 people. The inside and outside space were great. Plus it was a short walk to an amazing park. Communication with the owner was excellent. And the cherry on top were all the wonderful Christmas decorations.
