Welcome to our coastal chic vacation home in beautiful Fort Collins! Our sunny and bright home features tons of windows, vaulted ceilings and light wood accents complimented with subtle pops of greenery throughout. It has a warm and inviting atmosphere with a stylish and elegant décor, perfect for a relaxing getaway. You will absolutely love having access to the 2-car garage and a beautiful rooftop deck with mountain views. Enjoy peekaboo views of New Belgium while you relax in the comfort of our living room!

Our vacation rental is located in the desirable Old Town North neighborhood, just steps away from the Brewery District and the Poudre River Trail. The Brewery District is home to a variety of craft breweries, where you can sample local beers and enjoy a lively atmosphere. While the Poudre River Trail is a popular spot for walking, biking, and enjoying the natural landscape. Downtown Fort Collins is also a short drive away, offering a wide variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. From trendy boutiques and artisanal coffee shops to delicious restaurants and lively bars, there is something for everyone in Downtown Fort Collins. Whether you're looking to relax and unwind or explore and discover, our location is the perfect base for your vacation in Fort Collins!

OUTDOOR LIVING: Rooftop deck with an outdoor fire table, Adirondack chairs, and mountain views! There is also a small balcony on the main level with a BBQ grill. Plus, enjoy two complimentary cruiser bikes for exploring the area.

INDOOR LIVING: Indoor fireplace, Smart TV with streaming, dining table with seating for 8, board games, Peloton exercise bike

KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, breakfast bar with seating for 4, cooking basics, dishware/flatware, spices, complimentary coffee, creamer, tea and sweetener

BATHROOMS: There is a main floor half bath and two bathrooms upstairs. We include hair dryers, soap, shampoo and conditioner for every guest stay.

GENERAL: High-speed WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, keyless entry, central heating and air conditioning, complimentary toiletries, iron/board and cleaning essentials.

PARKING: Two-car garage with an electric vehicle charging station. Street parking is also available!

We had a great stay! The house was roomy with comfortable beds. The decor was very cool. We really enjoyed the rooftop patio both in the morning and evening. We appreciated the garage to park our vehicle inside, and we even enjoyed the bikes, helmets and bike locks provided by the host. Great location near Old Town and not far from CSU.

This property was close to everything you need yet far enough away to be quiet. Great area to just go outside and walk down a path and see where it leads you. Neighbors are walking dogs and everyone is friendly even though they know your not a local.

Close to old town fort collins

This home was well kept with lots of space and it still felt homey. There was everything you needed. It has a fullly equipped beautiful kitchen for staying in and making a meal with family. the home has a lovely roof with a for pit outside and a cozy gas fire place in the living room. Our stay was lovely. I would recommend Stacy's properties when visiting CO.

We had a fantastic stay at this new, well designed, well equipped house in Old Town North. Plenty of room for our family. Great, well equipped Kitchen. Awesome rooftop deck if its nice enough to hang out. Location was great. Short walk to New Belgium and Hello brewing and Old Town. Highly recommended!

Everything about our stay here was easy, from check in to check out. The home is beautiful and had everything we needed AND never knew we wanted- like a spiral staircase leading to a rooftop deck (complete with Adirondack chairs and gas fire pit)!! We absolutely loved this house! Beautifully decorated, with a fantastic layout for our family's needs. It was a real treat to hang out on the roof top terrace in the quiet neighborhood. Wow! We were so impressed with this gorgeous property! Before we even arrived we received lots of great communication via email and text from Stacey, the property manager. Getting in to the house was a breeze! The location was absolutely perfect and the house fit our needs to a T! My kids (15, 17, & 20) loved the accommodations too! Spacious and Good Location

Stayed for a wedding in Fort Collins. The place was new and great for three couples; the living room and kitchen were spacious and there was plenty of closet space. Located in a relatively new development, some construction nearby but nothing bothered us. Close to downtown retaurants and breweries and the river trail. We would definitely stay here again.
