Our 2016 renovation, using a luxury hotel's brand standards, is complete and tested with input of happy guests and rave reviews. Come stay in this street side townhouse in the El Corazon de Santa Fe complex. Experience new furniture, plaster walls, sumptuous linens and owners that attend to the details.
The townhouse boasts natural slate floors throughout with new Venetian plaster walls in subtle grays, warmed with 2700k LED lighting and in floor hot water radiant heat to keep the chill away in the winter. In the summer you'll have the choice of cooling down from the day's activities in refrigerated air conditioning or simply opening the abundant patio doors and windows to bask the fresh air of cool Santa Fe evenings.
The Ensuites - there are 2 King beds with ensuites upstairs and a queen downstairs with adjoining bathroom.
The Master - boasts 450 sq ft of 2nd floor private indulgence and additional personal street side pergola with bistro seating for 4 to enjoy cool Santa Fe evenings with your companions while consuming a favorite beverage and snacks. The King size bed mattress, a Serta Perfect Sleeper Euro Pillowtop, is clothed in luxurious tone on tone striped linens, down alternative comforter and pillows in your choice of feather or alternative, or both. Please note the sleeping surface in the Master is over 32" high. You will enjoy the gas log Kiva fireplace to heat up those cool nights or a little romance. Also present in the master is a sitting area with comfy highback chair for relaxing with your favorite book, kindle, ebook or tablet. USB power is adjoining. Numerous drawers are available for stowing your things and a 40" Samsung Smart TV is present and ready if you just have to keep up with the outside world.
The Master's ensuite Bath includes double sink vanity, full width mirror, whirlpool tub lit by overhead chandelier, separate shower with bench for lounging and a private water closet. Adjoining the Master Bath is a large master closet (9 ft x 8 ft) suitable for storing enough of your stuff for wintering in Santa Fe or taking up month's long stays during one of our fabulous seasons.
The 2nd ensuite on the 2nd floor also boasts a King bed. It's sleeping surface is lower than the master's. A 32" Samsung Smart TV is present but mounted out of the way in the corner of the room easily viewed from the bed. A chest of drawers in dark cherry wood sits in front of a large window providing abundant natural light and overlooking one of El Corazon de Santa Fe's interior courtyards.
The third ensuite is located on the lower level providing a queen bed. The bedroom is adjacent to the living area, separated by double pocket doors. The adjoining bathroom provides a shower, it has a separate entrance from the living area allowing service for the downstairs without invading the privacy of the bedroom. This bedroom doe not have an in wall closet, rather it is furnished with a large wardrobe with abundant space for hanging and 2 large draws for folded items. A large bachelor chest in this room provides additional storage and doubles as a night stand for keeping books and electronics in close reach.

Starting our 5th year in Santa Fe. Wow, we still haven't made it to sample all the restaurants even though we make effort almost every day. So much... So many choices... So close...

Gorgeous property. Prime location. Comfortable for 6. But the best part were the owners who went out of their way to make our stay amazing. Would absolutely stay here again.
Luxurious lodging in the heart of Santa Fe
This house was just perfect for our family of four to enjoy and discover the city of Santa Fe. The house was sparkling clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the bottle of wine and the snack basket very much. The kitchen is very well appointed and a pleasure to cook in. The house is walking distance to many delicious restaurants, museums and galleries. Kerry is a friendly and helpful host.
Girlfriends trip to Santa Fe and this property couldn’t have been any better. The attention to details, comfort and location were top notch. Kerry made everything so accessible - felt like home! Would most definitely stay here time and time again. All 5 of us were extremely happy and complimentary.

Convenient location. Everything was high end and perfectly appointed including the kitchen and baths. Layout was perfect for interaction among guests. Outdoor spaces were lovely as well. Kerry was a perfect, attentive host helping arrange a stay that was perfect for us.
I can’t be enthusiastic enough about this home! It’s warm, inviting, perfect for a family vacation. And the location could not be better - everything worth visiting in Santa Fe is within walking distance. Kerry, the owner went beyond the normal expectations to welcome us and his housekeeper, Martha was fantastic! I would recommend this townhouse, great for a family vacation.
Wonderful property in the heart of Santa Fe
We stayed at this property for our annual girls' trip and found it to be fantastic. The property is just as pictured and included many "extras" that one would associate with a nicer hotel. The linens (including bathrobes) were spotless & plentiful, nice toiletries were provided, there were helpful small placards placed discreetly to inform of where items were (I.e. - the hairdryer, candles, lighter, etc.). While we didn't cook, the kitchen had everything one would need to make a nice meal. Kerry, the property owner, was extremely helpful, but not obtrusive. The attention to detail at this property was spot on - this is the nicest VRBO that I have ever rented.
Santa Fe hosts numerous Festivals, Conferences, Cultural and Nature events throughout the year. Most activities are centered in the downtown area, which is walking distance from the townhouse. Most weekends we feature local artists displaying their work in several outside venues around the plaza. On Saturday and Tuesdays the Santa Fe Farmers Market is open a short walk from the townhouse in the rail yard district. During any given visit and on your way to any other activity you will pass more restaurants than you would be able to eat at if you lived here (believe me, I'm trying) each exhibiting its own style and providing a culinary adventure for any taste and budget.
