Visit Saint Simons in a completely restored historical home. This 4 bedroom house has all the luxuries of any high class home while still maintaining that rustic feel of the historical home. The home is located on the Frederica river and has spectacular sunsets over the marsh and river. This house can sleep up to 8 comfortably or if you have more than that you can rent the house next door (#621843) as well.

Wonderful property and hosts!! The house is located on the water and is beautifully decorated and spacious and clean. There is plenty of parking. We had a wonderful stay and would be thrilled to stay here again!

This was such a great place for our family to stay. you’d never know you were on busy st simons at this house. it’s tucked away from the traffic and commotion of this island, and you can’t help but unwind and relax. Highly recommend staying here if you love older homes with character and match views

Boys paradise!

We had a wonderful time on our family trip. We absolutely loved this amazing house. It is perfectly situated on the Fredrica river where you can fish, catch crabs, Birdwatch, etc. Our boys loved exploring the property and the wildlife. Thank you!!

Fabulous cottage by the river!

Perfect location, perfect place! Love the cottage! Very roomy and updated kitchen. Dock was right outside the door. Beautiful and wonderful stay!

Beautiful getaway; back to the nature

We saw four deers in the backyards and dolphins while kayaking. The property has many nice touches. We enjoyed it.

The house is pretty and spacious with a beautiful view.

A group of eight girls stayed in the house, and we really enjoyed it. It was far enough from town that we got to relax and unwind, but it was close enough to take an uber to go out or to run quick errands. It’s a beautiful, spacious house and we would definitely stay again! Very nice owners who were also very helpful and easy to get in contact with as well.

Loved the house and view. Truly spectacular sunsets. Dock was perfect for keeping my boat. Really appreciated the welcoming personal touches and the bread.....it didn't last long! My only recommend would be more comfortable mattresses. Enjoyed the house and will stay here again.

My family and I had the pleasure of staying here a few weeks ago and had the best time! The owners were very friendly and helpful. The house slept our family of seven very comfortably and we enjoyed all the fun outdoor activities and deep water dock. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possible need. Look forward to visiting again in the future!
