Overall the villa is great. Lots of cutlery and glasses etc for guests to use. It was clean and had everything you need. The views of the vineyards were gorgeous to wake up to. There is a noise of like clicking mentioned by others isn’t an issue as mostly in the lounge area. Pool is clean, and again plenty of chairs. Although one or two sun loungers were broken so could not sit up, but fine to lye down. Owner/contact were responsive and friendly. Helping with reservations/recommendations for the area. Worth noting the bedroom in the basement only has one small window, but the attached bathroom is gorgeous/large shower. Lots of bathrooms which were mostly modern and clean. Location is easy to get to from Pisa airport, and to explore the area. Lots of vineyards yards and restaurants in short drive. The Apple farm is walking distance-but walking on the road is a little scary! Issues we had were no hand rail on the stairs, so we did fall as dark if no doors open. Plus open to the side where the kids room is, so we put a chair there to stop them coming out their room and down the stairs. They loved the bunk beds. My Mum was sitting by the pool when the deck chair bar just gave way so she fell to the floor. Looking a few look like have been welded at the joints. There are little screws sticking up in two areas around the pool where something once was-just pop a chair over. We were also without water for one day due to an issue with the tank. Having 11 of us inc small children not able to flush the loo/drink was an issue. But the owners worked hard to resolve, but maybe could have provided a few bottles of water? We did break a glass table, which they charged for (totally fair). Overall would really recommend.

Ein sehr schönes Haus mit einem tollen Garten . Es war sehr gepflegt und wir wurden von den Besitzern herzlich empfangen. Lediglich das Geräusch der Holzwürmer im Gebälk hat in einem der Schlafzimmer die Nachtruhe etwas gestört. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Tolle Lage. Umgeben von Wald und Weinreben. Gemütliche Einrichtung. Sehr Bequeme Betten. Moderne Bäder. Gut gefüllter Schrank mit leckeren Weinen die man für einen akzeptablen Preis kaufen kann. Die Küche darf gerne mit Grundgewürzen besser ausgestatten sein. Grundstück und Haus sind sehr gepflegt. Allerdings könnte der Balkon im ersten Stock einen neuen Bodenbelag vertragen. Sehr liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Hausverwalter. Danke Melania für Deine Tipps bezüglich der Restaurants und den Supermärkten. Im Gebälk hört man ein nagendes Geräusch. Ist das etwa der Holzwurm? Wir kommen wieder, bestimmt. Englisch: Great location. Surrounded by forest and vineyards. Cosy furnishings. Very comfortable beds. Modern bathrooms. Well-stocked cupboard with delicious wines that you can buy for an acceptable price. The kitchen may be better equipped with basic spices. Land and house are very well maintained. However, the balcony on the first floor could use a new floor covering. Very lovable and helpful property manager. Thank you Melania for your tips about restaurants and supermarkets. You can hear a gnawing sound in the beams. Is that the woodworm? We’ll be back, for sure.

It was a wonderfull accomodation. There was nothing missing or to complain about. Very helpfull hosts (Melania and Alessandro), they send us as soon as we arrived all the necesary adresses nearby (shop, bakery, coffee shop, etc). We sure hope to return :) :) :) Thanks again Melania!

Licht und Schatten Plus: Schöne Lage, tolles Grundstück mit großem Pool, viele Sitzgelegenheiten im Freien, sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Hausverwalter, Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Ausreichend Schlafzimmer und Bäder vorhanden. Minus: Das Dach ist von Termiten befallen, die Tag und Nacht Geräusche verursachen, stört beim Schlafen. Die Bäder sind renovierungsbedürftig. Das Haus befindet sich in einem Funkloch, telefonieren nur im Park möglich, das kostenlose WiFi ist extrem schwach; wer ab und zu mal im Urlaub arbeiten / telefonieren / Mails checken muss, braucht viel Geduld. Villa Camporbiano is een schitterend gelegen villa met ruime speelmogelijkheden voor de kinderen,het bos en de grasvelden. De woning is prima. Voor ons was het een grote teleurstelling dat het zwembad in tegenstelling tot wat er in de beschrijving staat niet geopend was. Zelf hadden we ook het idee dat wij de allereerste gasten van dit seizoen waren en dat dit goed aan de reiniging van de villa te zien was, vuil bestek en het sanitair was niet heel schoon (stoffig). De woning is verder prima bevallen. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Villa Camporbiano is a beautifully situated villa with spacious playground for children, the woods and lawns. The house is fine. For us it was a great disappointment that the swimming pool, as opposed to what the description said, was still closed. We also had the idea that we were the first guests of this season and that this was visible from the cleaning of the villa was to be seen, dirty cutlery and the bathroom was not very clean (dusty). For the rest the house was just fine.
