40平方メートル+ 15平方メートルのプライベートガーデンとパティオ。 1階の専用エントランス、屋外ダイニング用テーブル、ベンチ、バラ園。全体として、ソファ付きの小さなリビングルーム、テーブルを備えた簡易キッチン、ダブルまたはツインベッドルーム、ワードローブ、デスク、シャワー付きのバスルーム、窓の上の蚊帳、wi-fiインターネット。
文化、環境、人間関係が相互に浸透し調和するトスカーナの中心部での滞在を提供します。 マチネッラは、11世紀の古代中世の塔のある丘の上にあり、「トーレデルコロンバイオ」に位置しています。 サンジミニャーノとそのすべての領土の並外れた眺めで、親しみやすく、馴染みのある芸術的な環境の中で、歴史と自然に触れながらリラックスした休日を楽しむことができます。 私たちの6つのアパートは、場所の建築様式に応じて修復された本格的な時代の家であり、一部はフレスコ画と慎重に装飾されています。 私たちの生活は、自然と、そして私たちが愛し、私たちによって保存され尊重されている経験と伝統をお客様に伝えたいと願う土地と密接に接触しています。敷地には10ヘクタールの土地、オリーブの木、ヒノキ、牧草地、ピクニックに適した森、散歩、トレッキング、アーチェリー、乗馬stable舎が近くにあります。 6 m x 12 mの石積みのスイミングプールがあり、そこから完全にリラックスしてトスカーナの素晴らしい景色を眺めることができます。 土地はそこに住んでいる所有者によって直接作られており、彼らと一緒に、耕作と現地での本物の製品の使用の両方に参加できます。 設備の整った6つのアパートがあり、それぞれに特徴があります。 数え切れないほどの特別なものを見つけることができます（中世の塔を訪れ、アーティストのスタジオを訪れ、木のてっぺんを訪れ、パスタをソーラーオーブンで調理します！..） 所有者に情報を要求するプロパティ内。

We could not be happier with our stay. We were looking for a comfortable, relaxing base of operations in Tuscany and we're thrilled with the location, the ambiance and the hosts. The pool was a delightful feature during the hot spell we encountered. The unit had everything we needed but what stood out was the tranquility and surrounding beauty. Super!

A world on it's own on top of a mountain just outside of Poggibonsi. The owners created a beautiful landscape in a very creative and artistic environment. A magical place with super friendly hosts. Macinella 4 has a great atmosphere and is wonderfully decorated. We highly recommend it. Thanks Gloria and Stelio, we're looking forward to come again!

If your looking for an authentic stay in the Tuscan countryside this is it; the location is up a gravel road and set in the stunning surroundings of Tuscany. Parking is on site and allocate to each unit and the hosts whilst speaking a little English are really friendly and way to reach via WhatsApp. If, like me, your more used to 4/5* hotels this could be out of your comfort as this is more like a 2/3* self catering ski hotel but it has everything you need. Shops / supermarket is a 5/10 min drive away and has everything you need.

Beautiful Tuscan countryside getaway!

The property is very beautiful and rustic-it is off a gravel road so a car is needed, but it is not far from a supermarket and restaurants. The pool was delightful after a long hot day exploring the region, and the property was very large and perfect for multiple evening strolls. Stelio and Rossella were extremely friendly, accommodating, and helpful hosts. We were even greeted by one of the chickens and their dog! Stelio arranged a wine tasting with one of his friends, which was delightful. The bathroom is in need of some updates, but otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

No quite as advertised

When we arrived we had a difficult time locating the owner to check in. The owner was very garrulous about the property and it was quite impressive what he had made of it. On the other hand the room we chose was small not very clean and we had to leave after two weeks because my wife was being eaten up by mosquitos. The bathroom shower was impossible and not clean. The scenery was beautiful but unit left a lot to be desired. Kitchen was small and the appliances were very old. Hot water was a problem as well. Overall I would not recommend the property unless you go at a time when mosquitos are not everywhere or you are a single traveler.

Dear Martin, We are very sorry that you did not enjoy your stay and you have only told us about this now, after a year, that would surprise anyone. The owner and the staff can be reached by different phone, sms, whatsApp, email. When our customers arrive they are urged to let us know if anything is wrong and we are always ready to fix it straight away. We are sorry that you did not tell us anything within the two weeks of your stay. Some people are particularly allergic to mosquitoes. They should use various repellents, cover up and maybe avoid Mediterranean areas. All apartments have safety mosquitoes nets. In conclusion, the comments of guests who preceded and followed you tell satisfaction. Perfection does not exist and we are grateful to customers for their comments which help us to improve our offer, anyway we remain very amazed by your experience. Fantastique maison de campagne en pleine toscane ! Tout ce que je souhaitais! Les fleurs et la bonne odeur du jasmin! La vue le calme la beauté la simplicité et la gentillesse des hôtes ! Pouvoir marcher sur la propriété champs bois et nager dans une très grande piscine très propre ! Lia la chienne et les poules ajoutent une touche de bonheur au quotidien ! Un luogo meraviglioso con ospiti meravigliosi!

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni in tranquillità in una posizione magnifica, circondati dagli splendidi panorami della campagna toscana. L'abitazione è circondata da un immenso parco, creato con amore da Stelio (il proprietario), dove ci si può rilassare in angolini sempre diversi, a contatto con la natura e dove potrete incontrare gatti, galline, colombe e la splendida Lia (la cagnolona di casa).La zona piscina, molto curata, è spaziosa e offre una splendida vista panoramica sul paesaggio punteggiato da numerosi cipressi.Da qui è possibile raggiungere facilmente in auto città e i borghi medievali della zona, Firenze e Siena sono facilmente raggiungibili in treno. I negozi di Poggibonsi sono raggiungibili in 10 minuti di auto.Stelio e Rossella sono stati degli ospiti meravigliosi e cordiali, sempre attenti ai nostri bisogni ma molto discreti, ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa. Speriamo di poter tornare al più presto in questo splendido luogo che ci è rimasto nel cuore.

Un endroit merveilleux

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine de tranquillité dans un endroit superbe en plein milieu des beaux paysages de la Toscane. Le calme est surprenant. La plupart du temps on n’entend que le chant des oiseau. Le bonheur ! L’accueil était très chaleureux, et Stelio, Gloria et Rossella sont vraiment des hôtes charmants. Stelio a fait de cet endroit un vrai havre de paix, avec des coins pour se poser un peu partout dans la propriété. Bravo à lui. La vue est également superbe. Nous n’avons malheureusement pas pu profité de la très belle piscine (il faisait trop frais). San Gimignano qui est une ville à visiter, est seulement à 20mn, et Sienne est environ à 40mn. Les commerces sont à 10mn en voiture. Le seul bémol est qu’il y a très souvent énormément de moustiques. Pensez donc à ramener vos crèmes et spray répulsifs. En final nous avons passé un superbe séjour.

Schöne Lage mit unverstelltem Blick auf die toskanische Landschaft

Sehr ruhig und angenehm. Interessante Städtchen / Städte von hier aus gut mit PKW, Florenz und Siena mit Zug, gut erreichbar. Der Pool lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Fabuleux !!

Gîte très bien situé pour découvrir la Toscane. Rossella et Stellio sont des hôtes très accueillants et chaleureux, tout en étant discrets. N’hésitez pas à découvrir le monde enchanteur construit par Stellio (il a tout créé de ses mains). Espace piscine très agréable avec une vue exceptionnelle

Super freundlicher Gastgeber

Die Gastgeber Familie sind immer hilfsbereit und haben uns viele Reise Tipps gegeben. Es war auch sehr schöne Gegend, Pool war fast ganze Zeit für uns alleine. Es passt sehr gut zu Familie mit Kindern, die Katzen, Hunde, Hühner, Taube und Natur lieben.

Freundlicher Empfang schon am Eingangstor des weitläufigen, auf einem der herrlichen toskanischen Hügel gelegenen großen Anwesens durch Rosalia, die Frau des Besitzers. Von diesem Tor aus konnte man schon den ersten Blick auf das nahegelegene San Gimignano genießen. Die erste Woche unseres 3-Wöchigen Aufenthalts haben wir wegen sehr großer Hitze fast nur im Pool, den wir die ganze Zeit fast für uns allein hatten, und der schattigen ( aber nicht klimatisierten) Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist rustikal und mit Liebe fürs Detail ausgestattet. Nur könnte die Küche und der Warmwasserdurchlauferhitzer mal einer Generalüberholung unterzogen werden… Der Kontakt (auf Englisch und Italienisch) zu den Vermietern, die auch auf dem Grundstück wohnen, ist sehr offen und freundlich. Wir wurden auch mit Obst und Eiern vom Hof beschenkt. Außerdem wurde jede Woche für frische Handtücher und Bettwäsche gesorgt. Und die Lage des Anwesens für kulturelle Unternehmungen ist einfach toll! Wir sind mit dem Auto nach Siena wie nach Florenz ungefähr eine 3/4 Stunde gefahren, haben an der Peripherie geparkt und sind jeweils für 1,70€ pro Person mit Straßenbahn bzw Bus in die Stadt gefahren… Wir bedanken uns bei Rosalia und Stelio für eine wunderschöne Zeit und auch für alle Einblicke in die Besonderheiten ihres wunderschönen Anwesens!

Etre au grand air et à proximité des sites à visiter

Souhaitions gérer nos moments de tranquillité et nos visites dans des sites touristiques. Nous avions comme programme, visiter les sites près de San Geminiano et jouir des moments de calme. Notre location se trouvait au milieu de grands espaces décorés de cyprès (image idyllique de Toscane) d'une piscine et d'endroits où s'isoler. Vue magnifique. Propriétaires très sympathiques.

Ein ganz besonderer Platz inmitten einer wunderschönen Landschaft

Das ehemalige Landgut „Macinella“ wurde von den Vermietern besonders liebevoll und individuell gestaltet. Es ist sehr ruhig gelegen auf einem der unzähligen toskanischen Hügel. Sämtliche Ferienwohnungen haben einen eigenen Eingang und befinden sich in einer typisch toskanischen, alten Villa. Das riesige zur Villa gehörende Areal bietet reichlich Platz zum Spazieren, Flanieren und Erholen. Die sehr gepflegte Pool-Anlage ist großzügig angelegt und bietet auch einen wunderschönen Rundblick auf die mit unzähligen Zypressen gesäumte Landschaft. Nur wenige Meter vor dem Anwesen bietet sich auch ein weiterer herrlicher Ausblick in die weite Landschaft mit der Silhouette von San Gimignano. Wir haben 2 Wochen gebucht (Anfang Juni 2023). Unsere Ferienwohnung (Girasole 4 / Sunflower 4) war ebenerdig gelegen, mit einem kleinen Frühstücksplatz unter einer Rosenlaube von der aus sich ein schöner Blick in die Gartenanlage eröffnet. Die Erwartungen an die Wohnungseinrichtung sollten nicht zu hoch sein. Die Ausstattung war sehr einfach und ist leider schon etwas abgewohnt. Vor allem das Bad sollte einer baldigen Renovierung unterzogen werden, damit noch viele Gäste den außergewöhnlich schönen Platz „Macinella“ genießen können. Unbedingt hervorheben möchten wir die Vermieter. Stelio und Rosella sind ganz besonders liebe, hilfsbereite und herzliche Gastgeber an die wir uns sehr gerne zurückerinnern.

Next season we intend to make improvements in the apartment that we had planned anyway but we thank you for the precious suggestion to make our guests' stay to the top. Très agréable mais un peu rustique

Très bel accueil de Rossella et Stevio qui ont pris soin de nous. Endroit charmant, le site est magnifique. Pour l’accessibilité en fauteuil roulant, on nous avait donné les bonnes infos, pas de surprise de ce côté. Le gîte Girasole 4 a besoin de rénovation toutefois. Par ailleurs, piscine fraîchement rénovée, pour nous seuls !

Un lieu de ressourcement

Cet endroit est un petit paradis et la vue est superbe ! les hôtes sont particulièrement acceuillants. Prenez le temps d'entrer en contact avec eux et spécialement Stelio qui a tout créer lui-même. Il y a plein de petits coins à découvrir aussi intéressants qu'intrigants. Sans compter tout ce qu'il y a à voir dans la région. A recommander sans hésiter.
