Spectacular views

This was a charming, quirky house where we quickly felt at home. We loved swimming four times a day and never tired of the amazing views. Portovenere is a charming, busy seaside town - no need to venture into the heaving CinqTerre: everything's right there. The road between the house and the beach gets busy and the beach right across from the house is private, expensive and booked up in advance. No need to pay as there are good options nearby, including a place to swim just next to the private area right across the street. We liked swimming by the rocks on the other side of the harbour. A really beautiful place.

Wonderful location

At times the days were not long enough! From the beutiful sunrises to the spectacular sunsets each day was a gift!! Highly recommended indeed!

Cozy waterfront little villa

Amazing stay. The villa was just perfect for our family of 4. If we had any problems the owner was immediately contactable and made things perfect. The house was clean and had everything we could think of provided. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday, within easy reach by car of Portofino, Pisa, Florence, Verona or Lake Garda for day trips.

Lovely and over expectations

I stayed one week in Portovenere and everything was over expectations. The cleanliness of the rooms, the furniture, the kindness of people, the location, in fact on the street, the sea view ... everything makes Stella di Mare a splendid residence. Finally, the owners are kind and friendly. To be back and in a hurry!
