Perfect Getaway!

Our stay was amazing and Jenine responded quickly with any questions we had! It was very clean and spacious and our host had a great eye for detail. Very homey! The location is within walking distance to the beach and the grocery store. Our favorite space was the outside tiki bar, hot tub and hammock. This was an amazing place to sit and read or watch the boats go by in the channel on your days at home. Thank you for making our vacation so memorable!

Our bucket list trip and it could not have been better

Thank you so much for the memories of a lifetime. I never dreamed of a place so wonderful. My sister, daughter and I also had gone on a cruise to the Bahamas and it did not compare to the Keys. A little expensive but if you care about that you come at the wrong time. Come when money is not a problem like we did. We saved and planned and planned and saved. Our place was just what we planned and we come down the East Coast and up The West. What an adventure!!!! Thanks to all who made our trip amazing

Marathon Vacation 2021

The rental property was very nice. Jenine was a very good communicator. We had some issues with the A/C but they got resolved in a timely manner. There is a new A/C now, so that will not be an issue in the future. This location is very convenient to all of the restaurants and grocery stores. The dock worked well for docking our 21 foot boat and we will be considering another stay here in the future.

308 Sombrero Beach

The house was actually even better than described. The owner has ample accessories to allow folks to have fun. We didn't use any of them because we spent all out time on our boat. The dock was nice and the outside is laid out perfectly. My only suggestion is it would be nice if fresh water was available for washing out the boat. The owner is spectacular.. we locked ourselves out and she offered to allow us to stay in another property until a locksmith could be located. Fortunately we were able to gain access. This was our 1st VRBO so we had a lot of questions. Jenine always answered immediately and did all she could do to help us. Overall we were very pleased! I'd recommend this owner and property without hesitation

Christmas Holiday

This was a brilliant location for The Keys, lovely outdoor area with hot tub. Very comfortable beds! Walking distance to Publix and Sombrero Beach where we saw the most amazing sunsets !! Thank you.

GREAT PLACE TO STAY

Beautiful, great location, very clean!!!!! We enjoyed the home, Jacuzzi, dock for the boat, calm deep canal, and great outdoor grilling and hang out area. 1 mile from Sombrero beach, Kmart. Publix, Winn Dixie, McDonalds. Calm nice ride out to the ocean, Sombrero reef, or turn and come out right at the 7 mile bridge. I'm hoping to stay here again.

Great Location for a quiet get away

What a great place to get away from the crowds and still be close enough to explore all of the Keys. Clean and surprisingly quiet, comfortable for a couple or family. Close to groceries and the beach. Lots of restaurants a short drive away. Don't forget to check out Crane Point if you want to see what the Keys looked like before they were developed.

Great rental for a couple or family.

We have been using VFBO properties for almost 10 years, and this one was excellent. The property was exactly as described - no bad surprises. It's in a great location, a residential area, and is adjacent to a quiet canal. It is also close to everything - beach, groceries, strip, etc. The property is spacious and comfortable. The house is well equipped, including some pleasant unexpected "gifts". The owner had been gracious prior to our visit with some information about scuba diving, and we appreciated her help. She was also available during our stay, should we have needed anything. A definite recommendation.

Clean and Comfortable!

This home was clean, beachy-modern, and makes you feel comfortable. The home brings all these qualities and more...full stocked kitchen, comfortable living space, lovely views from the sun room while enjoying your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, and secure dock for our boat. We also loved staying here for the location to nearby restaurants, grocery stores, and things to do! Beach was great! Great stay! Will definitely do again!

We are long time Floridians and grew up in the Florida Keys. We were one of the luckiest kids on earth, waking up walking out side and seeing a manatee in your backyard or just going for a boat ride all day, watching the sunset and then lying down to watch the shooting stars. These are some of the greatest memories we have growing up and now we can share these with you, this property will allow you to enjoy them all and much more.

Growing up in the Florida Keys brought to us many adventures on land as well as the water. Sombrero Beach at the Florida Keys is an area that just has sunshine paradise that everyone should experience. Watching the mantees in the back of the canal of this property or snorkeling at Sombrero Reef is just an experience that everyone should once in their lifetime at the very least.

Dock your boat on our 50ft Concrete dock about 20 steps from the property with direct ocean access. Start your day off nice an early with no need to be at the marina early, your boat will be only a few steps away.

First floor entry is very convenient, our Sunroom as well as our dock is our favorite feature on this property. Sit down and enjoy watching the land crabs peek out or the iguana eating the grass, even better yet sometimes the manatees are right outside. I love this house and so will you! Their is something for everybody.
