Pleasant Stay

The house was very clean and spacious. Has a very complete kitchen and bbq pit. We were two families and really enjoyed the space and aesthetics of the house.

Family Visit

We had a great visit with family in the Prescott area. The house was in a central location for them to come visit. It also had easy access to nearby park/playground for the little ones. Lots of room in the house for company. Only wish the piano was in tune!

A GREAT FAMILY HOME

I had to go to AZ to work for 2 1/2 weeks. This house met my needs perfectly. Even though the office was in Cottonwood, the stay in Prescott Valley was perfect. The drive in was easy and the house was very comfortable. Molly, my house contact, provided the code for the lockbox on the day I was arriving. The house was easily accessible which is very important if you are traveling for work. Even though there were 4 bedrooms, my mom (who traveled up to visit me) and I only used two of them. All the beds had temperpedic mattresses for awesome comfort. They also had cool gel pillows which were so nice. The neighborhood was super quiet. No noise heard at all. The tvs were all smart tvs and all you had to do was sign in with your info and you were all set. Even my 80 year old mom was able to binge Netflix while I was working. We were close enough to several different activities such as Heritage Park Zoo, Jerome, Sedona, and several restaurants and stores in Prescott. Any questions we had Molly was very quick to respond via text. The house was very clean which put me at ease with the whole Covid issue. I would definitely stay here again if I come back for work or play.

Nice Home Mediocre Experience

The home itself is nice and large. I would not stay here with kids as there are very fragile items all throughout the house I did not have my kids with me thankfully or it would have been a problem I’m sure. When I checked in two smoke detectors were beeping nonstop and the master bedroom toilet would not stop running, it clearly had some sort of an issue to the point it kept me up my entire first night in the master bedroom so the rest of my stayed I slept elsewhere. The VRBO ad said they don’t do same down turn over but then the property manager said she had a booking the same night I checked out so she asked me to let her know as soon as I leave. No problem. But then when it came time to leave there was definite pressure from her to hurry up and get out so they could prepare for their next guest. I ended up leaving an hour before check out time to try to help them out. The landscaper came over on two occasions to weed eat the yard and woke me up both times showing up just before 7am so it would have been nice to have notice that he was coming ahead of time. Back patio was a mess from whoever was there before me but I didn’t go outside much so it was fine. Overall not particularly clean and the things like the toilet and smoke detectors definitely show the house needs better attention but it’s a very nice house in a great area so it was worth it overall.

Thank you Zach, The listing does say to baby proof the house on your own when booking with kids. Also I would have rectified the smoke detectors and the toilet in the master. I fixed them when I noticed while cleaning. You also left the house very messy, and ruined 2 bath towels, 3 hand towels and a hand. Also the rug from the master bedroom was unrecoverable, because a pet had peed on it several times.

Alison was great at communication and quick to handle a problem with the refrigerator. The location was wonderful. Though we didn’t need four bedrooms, having them as an option for the price is a great value. The full kitchen with everything you’d need was appreciated. Some furniture and items were well worn and could be replaced.

Prescott Valley property

Had a great stay over the memorial weekend. House was well equipped and clean. The location was perfect with parks, entertainment, restaurants and shopping all nearby and at the same time the house was near the edge of the open desert which made for beautiful skies at night. Lovely home!

It was lovely home which was beautifully decorated. It was extremely clean. Communication with the manger excellent. Info said the yard was fenced in which it was not. It did have a large kennel.

Great Getaway

The house was amazing! It was spot on from what we saw on the website. The house has a great open floor plan, and the TVs in every room were a big plus! We would definitely recommend this house for families to stay in beautiful Prescott Valley!

Sufficient for our needs

Beautiful Home

The house was very beautiful and clean. We didn't have any issues. My mom just mentioned there was no sugar which made me laugh but we loved the home. We would definitely would recommend the home to friends and family. We would definitely stay again.

Fun long weekend getaway!

An enjoyable place to come back to after hikes and a day trip to Sedona. The hospitality basket was a treat! A very quiet neighborhood. The master bedroom/bath is beautiful! We had a great time in the Prescott area - thanks for a wonderful stay!
