À distance de marche de la plage et de la cĂŽte 14, Ă  5 minutes en voiture de S / Way et Central Rosebud Plaza. Grand salon ouvert. Beaucoup de siĂšges confortables pour un grand groupe. Nouvelle cuisine avec appareils modernes et 3 chambres spacieuses. Overnight stay

Stayed overnight at the cottage so we could check out the hot springs. Great location, quiet. Secure with wrap around fencing.

Pet friendly stay is great value

This is our second time staying at the property over Christmas the whole family had an amazing time including the dog Christina is a great host and we look forward to booking with her again in the future

Pet friendly stay

We had a fabulous time at the property it had everything we needed for both the family and the dog and the property was close to all amenities, we will definitely be booking again. The property manager was also prompt and courteous with all communications which was very much appreciated.

Upside: The customer service from the owner was lovely. She offered an early check in and replied quite quickly to texts.Downsides: The add states fully renovated - this appears completely inaccurate. We knew the home was like an old beach shack type style, but old shouldnt equal filthy and broken.The benchtops were wiped and floors swept but thats the extent of being clean. Stains, filth, dust, dirty marks, everywhere. Its appears that a deep clean hasnt been completed in a long time. The couches are filthy and smell. Windows have rotted sills, filthy glass and water stains through the property in the ceilings. Patch jobs on walls, worn furniture and cobwebs.Walls appear to have had only an undercoat of paint.I wanted to love this place, especially after the customer service, however its very dirty.Only after booking and paying - I received a long email stating that we have to bring our own towels and that no sheets are supplied. Why wasnt this in the main add? Accomodation at this price per night shouldnt request guests to supply sheets, especially if they supply the rest of the bedding?People who are travelling wouldnt know any better.

Regular getaway during Summer break

The host has been extremely flexible every time we attend the property. This year it was extremely clean, and we always enjoy staying in a very large place where we can keep our Jet Ski during out time in Rye. This will be the fourth year in a row that we select this property.

Quiet good sized home

We enjoyed our stay. The home in Rosebud suited our needs. There was a good sized living area and open kitchen. The kids could run outside and we could see them through the big windows, the area was all fenced in. Beds were comfortable and the beach a short drive. Anyone considering booking this property should expect the basics covered. We did have to byo towels, sheets and things like coffee, sugar, paper towels, cling wrap etc. Cons would be that the back beds need stabilizing as they moved a lot, the rooms do get warm and stuffy and it could do with a good dust. Thank you.

Schoolies stayz trip

The trip was amazing, Christina was so nice and really easy to work with to try and find keys and if we had any problems, neighbourhood was good and we loved the stay would 100% come back again. 😘

Dirty property unfortunately

Unfortunately the property was filthy! Cobwebs in most corners, dirt and sand on floors, bathroom grime, dust, and an unclean kitchen. We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Had to spend time fixing dishwasher and washing machine to get them working correctly. Kitchen does not match description of 'new' and 'modern appliances'. Is spacious enough for 6 adults with good parking.

Nice little place in a nice location

Was a nice surprise to see the house was renovated since the images on the listing were taken. Deffinitely a lovely upgrade and worthy investment. The house itself was great in size and very kid friendly. However, the first half an hour of our arrival was spent cleaning as it almost didn't seem to be cleaned properly at all. Clumps of dust, crumbs covering the cabinet shelves, dusty and sticky benchtops. Nothing that wasn't fixable at least, but should look at doing more thorough cleans between stays as there is alot of area's being missed. But otherwise, nice little place and we had a great time :)

In the add it stated that the property was 14.5 min walk from the beach was maybe double that the property needs new mats and a good tidy up lawns ,trees and empty bins it’s Christmas I booked for 6 and no bin space not happy

The property was fairly old, needed alot if work. Appliance were old and outdated. Cupboards had paint peeling of them. Rooms did not look like the ones that were shown on the web site. They were small and over crowded with furniture that wasnt needed. The house needs alot of maintenance. Very disappointed. What was shown on the web page is not what we got

Most dirtiest place and Photoshopped pictures

Where to begin from, so excited to checking in after looking at the pictures.The property manager has given the wrong padlock key and had to wait for one and half hour to the get a response from the property manager.The key was left in a pegs basket.So any how we went inside the property is full of cobwebs ,dirty toilets ,hair on linens and etc.Now the property owner is trying to claim the security bond saying that we have broke the lock.Simple logic is she’s trying to keep the security bond.As far as I concern ,the entire place should shut down that’s my personal opinion.Also for future travellers my only advice is to don’t relay on pictures.

Interupted and outdated

Was definatwly below our usual standard but nicely set out and in handy.spot.. however..First 2 days was spent interrupted by maintenance that needed to be carried out on front door that wouldn't open and antena so the TV didn't work..padlock to lock the screen door could easily be unscrewed and no key for back door so not secure.. There was no basic instructions on where thi g's were or how Basics were clean but there were loads of cobwebs dead flies and dust on hard surfaces and sills. No fly screens meant you couldn't have any windows open unless you were prepared to be swarmed with mosquito's. There was no mozzie coils or aerogaurd provided..fly screens really need to be installed. The bedrooms were hot and stuffy. I nearly poked my eye out on the overgrown tree branches hovering over the deck that you had to duck under to get past.

I have been renting my Holiday Home since 2006. I have four children and they have always loved going to the beach and visiting the Peninsula since they were small. It is so beautiful, restful and peaceful up there, I thought it would be lovely to offer the experiences and memories to share to other families as well. I can assure you will have lots of fun and build many fond memories for yourselves and your children as well.

This Property is very relaxed and clean, lets in lots of light ..... and the best thing is the privacy. Little children and pets are completely safe within the yard, adorned with fruit trees.. The Polished floors ensure easy maintenance.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

The unique benefit is the complete privacy the high fence offers it's occupants. Only a 15 min walk to the beach. 5 min drive to the Main Shopping Plaza. Close to Rye Hot Springs.
