Great house in Kona! The house had everything that you could need and was super clean. The management company was responsive. We really enjoyed our stay!

Paradise in Paradise

The house was immaculate and had everything we were looking for: outdoor space to relax after our excursions, cleanliness, amenities ... walking distance to coffee and the beach ... the location was just perfect. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Great Location and Management

I love the location of this unit. Close to the Queen's Marketplace and grocery store, Macaroni Grill and Lava Lava Club. The Management was very attentive, friendly and professional. The guest passes for the Hilton Hotel pools and validated parking at the Hilton Hotel was especially a great perk! I would recommend staying here.

Relaxing Stay

With beautiful and ample space and amenities, there was little to worry about. A generous basket of beach towels, beach chairs, and toys were available for use. The additional resort amenities (golf discounts, Hilton pool access/parking) were also handy - not all units participate with these extras, we're told. It was a perfect place to gather!

Waikoloa

The property was very clean and well stocked with essentials, like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish detergent. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen had a variety of pots and pans for cooking, and the living space was roomy—great for 5 adults. The only issue was the washer and drier were dirty and the seal on the washer was loose, which we reported, otherwise we enjoyed our stay!

Clean & spacious!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 9-day stay in Waikoloa. We are a family of 5 (three teens) so having 3 bedrooms was great, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and various cooking necessities like baking sheets. We loved having the patio and balcony to enjoy our morning coffee. The on-site pool was small, so the Hilton pool passes were awesome to have. We especially appreciated the beach gear in the garage. It was hard to leave, and we would definitely stay again if we ever get to come back.

Excellent

We've stayed at a number of VRBO properties and have always experienced a few frustrations - primarily poor support from the property manager. In this case everything was as described and the manager's process was complete, thoughtful and efficient. No worries and a great stary.

Great property in convenient area

Great unit for a reasonable price. The unit is very close to restaurants, shops so it's very convenient. Nearby to other units but very private and quiet.

Nothing short of excellent from booking thru checkout. The Resortica Team is top notch! Unit was very well appointed. Everything from cookware to glassware & Everything else in kitchen was top notch. The entire condo was so well stocked. There was nothing we needed that wasn't already thoughtfully provided for.

Couldn’t have asked for anything better than this condo!

This is the second time I stayed at this property and will always come back to it! It is the perfect location to shops, beaches and other hotels. It is equipped with all the amentities you would need for a relaxed, enjoyable vacation for a large group. We recommend it to everyone who comes to the Big Island! Mahalo!

Spacious, clean and well supplied.

The condo was perfect for our family of seven. Three couples and one single. Everyone had privacy and the location to the nearby beach for sundowners was a highlight. Turtles sleeping every night. We used the condo's beach chairs and coolers everyday. Would highly recommend this property. Only wish I could have seen the ocean from our window.

Beautiful, well maintained property.

The house accommodated comfortably three couples and two toddlers. It was well supplied with kitchen utensils linen, beach gear, etc. Maintenance responded immediately to any requests from us. The property pools are really small, but we used the pass to the excellent Hilton facilities that was provided. There is a beach at a walking distance, but we ended up driving to the more attractive beaches that are farther away. There is a nice shopping strip accross the street from this property, which includes a fairly well supplied grocery store, grossly overpriced.
