This beautiful 3 bedroom 3 bath end unit town has one of the most private locations in Waikoloa Beach Villas.

Waikoloa Beach Villas is one of the most desirable communities for vacation rentals within the resort. Its excellent location directly across the street from the Queens' Marketplace and next door to the Kings' Shops you have excellent restaurants, shopping, market and coffee shops. Anaehoomalu Bay (also known as A-Bay) is less than a 15 minute walk while the other world class beaches of Mauna Kea Beach and Hapuna Beach are less than a 15 minute drive.

Upstairs is the master suite with king bed and en suite, junior suite with queen bed and en suite, loft area with sleeper sofa and TV along with a full size washer and dryer.

Downstairs is a guest room with a queen bed and full bathroom right next door.

Off the living room and dining room are 2 covered lanais and your own private BBQ.

Waikoloa Beach Villas has 2 pools, 2 hot tubs and a fitness facility it is one of the lowest density communities in the resort.

This property is impeccably maintained and outfitted with quality furnishings and finishes, beach gear (at minimum 2 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, cooler and umbrella) and everything you need to make this your ideal home away from home for your vacation.

Hilton Pool Pass benefit - 2018 and 2019

As an added benefit, you will have the use of the Hilton Pool Pass in 2018 and 2019 which includes:

Maximum 6 persons per pass. Users must be registered guests of There are no exceptions to this policy and if policy is breached, the pass can be revoked. Passes cannot be sold or purchased, they are an inclusion in your stay at participating vacation rental properties.

- Use of the Hilton Waikoloa Pass is valid from 3pm on your arrival date and 10am on your departure date

- Free Self-Parking for one vehicle at the Hilton Waikoloa

- Access to all pools, water slides and hot tubs at the premises of the Hilton Waikoloa

- Includes pool towel service

- No blackout dates or restricted use

- Charging privileges to your personal account.

- Fitness Center use for $10.00 per day, per person (regular rate is $25.00)

- Fitness Center and Locker Room for $20.00 per day, per person

If pass is lost, there is a $100.00 replacement fee

***Please note: In regards to the Hilton Pool Pass, From August 20, 2018 to September 30, 2018, Kona Pool, Kona Pool waterslide and Kona Pool hot tubs will be closed and revitalized. During that time, guests will enjoy full access to our other water facilities like the Lagoon Beach, Kohala Pool, and Ocean Tower Adult Pool.

Private and great location.

This spacious end unit was also located at the end of the development, furthest away from the main gate. We really enjoyed the privacy and all the natural light that an end unit affords. Overall, the unit was well-kept. The only exceptions were the blinds over the sliders that had panels that did not close completely - I saw that there was a note about this to the property owner that was dated 3 months prior to our visit. Also, the lower rack to the dishwasher needed to be replaced, but other than that, all the appliances we used were in good condition. We all enjoyed our stay here!

Awesome unit

Beautifully clean and furnished 3 bedroom, 3 bath unit with well stocked kitchen equipment. Located within walking distance of the King's and Queen's Shopping Centers and A-beach. Enjoyed the close by Lava, Lava Beach Club for dinner at sunset. Came with a Hilton pool pass.
