My family enjoyed the stay
We booked for a week with heated pool included. The home was very nice in fact the pictures did no justice. It’s very spacious and located in a great part of the neighborhood. We were offered two water parks with our stay. The first one located in championgate had a lazy river, 4 ft pool and a very enjoyable hot tub. They also offered cabanas a game room and a couple other things inside we stayed mostly outside. And a restaurant inside. The second one which is located a few minutes (maybe 7) away offered 2 waterslides which were tall and I got on about 6 times.lol…. A splash pad if you have smaller children which is a great size an area. The slides and splash pad are the main attraction at this park. They also have hammocks and a 4 foot pool as well not as big as the one on property. Both very nice.We did run into a problem when the hot tub didn’t heat up the first day but the host JT was very responsive and sent someone out the next day to check it. The guy came out hit the switch and say wait an hour but after that hour nothing. I reached back out the JT and again he responded within minutes assuring someone else would come out. It was Sunday and sure enough someone showed up and unfortunately let us know that the unit had crapped out but they would have someone out. We did end up enjoying the hot tub the last day, and let me tell you this man worked miracles to accommodate us and he still offered a full refund for the pool. Listen we are definitely staying again thanks JT
