The resort allows a maximum of 5 cars (or 3 large passenger vans).
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you.
For visitors, there is a maximum of 10 cars per property.
No RVs or trailers allowed in resort

FOR GUESTS WHO BOOK 30 NIGHTS OR LONGER STAYS: (this does not apply if you are staying less than 30 nights)
We will collect a $1,500 deposit.
Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival
If canceled 90 days or more before arrival, we keep with us $250.00. $1,250.00 will be refunded.
If canceled between 61 and 89 days prior to arrival, we keep with us the $1,500.00 deposit.
No cancellation or modification 60 days or less prior to arrival.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

House was very clean. Kitchen did provide the basics. Did not pay for the pool to be heated so I guess that’s why the hot tub was not hot. The gas grill that I arranged for separately did work but it did cook unevenly.

We had such a great time. Global Homes Resort is a great place to stay if you are looking for a place for your family vacation! We all enjoyed the pool and lazy river . Kids loved the theatre room at the oasis clubhouse. And the game room at the house!

Great Location

My family and our friend’s family stayed at this location for the kids’ spring break. The location was perfect in the complex because it was directly behind the clubhouse. We definitely are going to go back to this property. You do need to bring towels for the pool though because the clubhouse does not provide them.

Great house for family Christmas!

Bedroom layout was perfect for our family. Older adults stayed in downstairs king rooms. Younger adults and toddlers stayed upstairs. Big open kitchen, dining, and living area was perfect for family gatherings. Heated pool and hot tub were nice. Host was quick to respond to any requests or issues. Traffic was a bit rough in getting around Orlando from this location.

Had some issues with the pool heater but they did fix within a few days and promptly refunded the days it wasn’t usable. Overall nice home with access to great amenities for the kids!

LOVED IT!!

We where there from 11/20-11/24 for Thanksgiving. Everything was perfect for our family of just five. A little disappointed that it was only one driving game. We look forward to coming there again in the near future if it’s available.

Amazing house!

Loved the heated pool! Perfect for families. Could have done without the sugar ants making their way upstairs, game room could have used better air conditioning and the master bedroom toilet was constantly running. Other then that my family had a great 5 day stay and enjoyed Disney amd Universal

Three families to Champions Gate for a 3 day Disney experience.

We stayed for a week. The house was super clean. Global Resort employees were very helpful and prompt. Our 3 teenage boys loved the game room. The pool and spa were very welcome. The 6 bedroom, 6 bath home is spacious and wonderful. We could walk to the Water Park. Cons: At times the neighborhood was overrun with people not following the rules.

Beautiful home

This was a beautiful home that was big enough to hold our big family of 9. I had no issues and we choose last minute to turn on the heating function for the pool and our request was promptly taken care of. It was clean. The game room was a huge hit with our teenage kids. My only complaint was that our stay wasn’t long enough :D Will book again!

House was really nice.

They house was gorgeous, unfortunately the heat for the pool/hot tub did not work, but not for the lack of them trying. We also got a pretty hefty lightning storm while we were there that kicked out the TV service both times the service with the company was extremely quick and they were all so kind!!! I would highly recommend, even with the issues we had (none of which were their fault or avoidable)

Great stay for a large family

The Home is as described. It was large, clean, and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay as a large family. We use the pool every day. The management company responded promptly to any questions we had. Communication was great. We stayed during the Fourth of July weekend. the community put on a beautiful fireworks display. My only complaint would be that the other residence/visitors did not adhere to the no fireworks policy. We had mortars very loud ones going off right outside our home for over an hour late into the evening. I think the community could’ve done a better job of adhering to the rules that they set. Otherwise, the house was very satisfactory to our needs
