My name is Maria fernanda gonzalez, I am an accountant and work in the city of Merida
My family bought the house in 2000 because we like to have a place to relax and escape from the city, and is very close to the city.
My dad is the one most loves to be at the beach house , the jogs in the mornings on the sand, swim in the sea and take a nap in the hammock in front of the sea in the evening .
In addition we love seafood.

Why they chose this property

we decided to buy this property because it is in an area where the beach and the sea are very nice and very quiet, besides the house is in front of the beach and has two windows that let you see from the kitchen , living room, dining room or fourth sea and the beach.
The house is very spacious and is a nice place just 35 minutes from the city

This house allows you to view from the kitchen, the dining room and the sea and the beach.
also has a room from which you can go straight to the pool and watch the sea and the beach.
From all the terrace you have fantastic views of the sea, sand , vegetation, and at night all the starry sky and see the moon .
The terrace at night has a very nice lighting
